Ok, I was a regular here, however this has gone downhill as per my visit today.
Firstly, the place is now run by students who don’t have a clue as to how to make a coffee, I doubt they’ve had any sort of training on how to make a coffee.
Secondly, the staff are constantly chatting and don’t appear to be doing any work whilst customers wait to be served, I’d suggest to the owner that he spends some time at the place and monitors the staff that are now running this place. If I wanted such rubbish service I’d go to Starbucks.
Thirdly, it’s seems absurd that you can sit there for two hours on a table but you can’t sit there with a laptop, how does that make sense ? Worst of all, I took my laptop out with a guest who is one of the biggest influencers in China and the waiter said I can’t use a laptop !!! I said where does it say that and he brought out a sign from behind the counter and showed it to me !! I asked for a refund and made sure that my guest made sure that this place get the worst publicity on Chinese social media.
Absolutely appalling service, made me look like an idiot when I really talked positively about this place, but I guess service levels always fall when the owners go AWOL and leave it to staff who just don’t care and don’t have a clue on how to make a coffee and frankly I would be surprised if they’ve even...

Read morePoor service. No signage as to where to order a coffee from. We stood by the till for some time as there were no seats to take or signs as to where to order from. We then walked around to other side where there was two barista at the coffee machine, ignored by them both. They were talking to a sitting customer right next to where we stood for some time trying to engage about where to order coffee. Some other new clientele walked in near the till and one of the batistas went around and served them, we vocalised our disappointmentat of being ignored. The remaining batista asked if we've ordered coffee, we said no, they said go to the other side where we originally stood to order. No acknowledgement of ignoring us... it seemed rude, so we left.
Your response to my review shows again a real lack of knowing how to provide the correct kind of response and good customer service. I'm sure this review won't affect your business in anyway. Perhaps a positive outcome could be a sign by your till 'order here, we may not see you, but we will be with...
