Amazing Food & Vibes at Phoenix Bar!

Hi! My friends and I went to Phoenix Bar for lunch, and it was such a great experience. We ordered the Katsu Chicken Burger, Karaage Sticky Chicken, Crispy Squid, and Mac and Cheese—and every single dish was absolutely delicious! The flavours were on point, and everything was served hot and fresh. The Katsu burger was crispy and juicy, the squid perfectly seasoned, and the mac and cheese was creamy comfort in a bowl.

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. The service was quick, and they made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask.

The ambience of the bar is relaxed yet stylish, making it a perfect spot for casual hangouts or a nice meal out. The place was clean and well-kept, with a really cozy vibe.

Hi! My partner and I visited Phoenix Bar for a casual lunch date, and we absolutely loved it. The vibe of the place was relaxed and welcoming—perfect for a chill afternoon together.

We ordered the Cheese and Bacon Burger, Fish and Chips, and a couple of cold beers to go with it. The burger was juicy, packed with flavour, and the bacon added the perfect crunch. The fish was beautifully crispy on the outside and tender inside, and the chips were golden and delicious. Everything tasted freshly made and well-seasoned.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated how warm and professional the service was—it made the experience feel even more special.

Overall, it was a great spot for a couple’s meal. Tasty food, good drinks, and a lovely atmosphere—we’ll definitely be coming back again soon....

Terrible experience! I genuinely don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. We came here because of the good reviews, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in London. After placing our order, we waited for 20 minutes only to be told that they forgot to inform the kitchen. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes — but it took over an hour! Meanwhile, we saw many other tables getting their food before us. We had to tell them we would leave if the food didn’t come soon. Unfortunately, we had already paid — otherwise we would have walked out. When the food finally arrived, it was shockingly bad: poorly prepared, flavorless, and presented with zero care.
