Read moreI came into this restaurant with very high expectations as its one of the most highly rated places in London with an impressive 4.9/5.
I left quite dissatisfied by the quality of food served. We ordered a chicken tikka and it was not even marinated in tandoori before being put on the grill, it was essentially peppered chicken. When I brought this up with the waiter he told me "that is useful information" I understand English isn't his first language and perhaps he wanted to articulate himself differently, but an offer to take the item from the bill (as it wasn't up to standard, and should never have left the kitchen in the first place) or any form of compensation was not provided. The service was good, but we had to ask for tap water and...
