Well..The reason why we went there was because of some vouchers which my colleagues had after we finished from our office in Queensway. The service was not the best I have to say and the people there didn’t have a clue on how to deal with clients. We ordered 3 pizzas 🍕 and some drinks. There were some juices in the menu to choose from.. Fresh Orange Juice and simple Orange Juice. My mate decided to go for the fresh one which turned out to be an absolute joke. It tasted like the lowest quality bottle they could find to mix with water. No straw, just a small glass with ice like a spirit (lol 🤣) Then we ordered their so called “pizza”. Small portion, for sure not italian ingredients, quite plain, almost empty and not hot and freshly baked in any case! We were happy with the fact that we came with the vouchers otherwise we would be extremely pissed off if we had to pay 12£ for each pizza (totally not worth it and overpriced). The italian draught beer 🍺 was alright despite the fact that it was 5£ (again overpriced). Then when we asked for the bill they apparently made a mistake and charged us more than the voucher offer. They somehow sorted it out but we still didn’t receive the offer as we were supposed to 😡 The interior design was below average as well as the music. I can’t understand the reason why they have such an overpriced menu while offering such a low quality of food, service and premises. I don’t think I am going back ever again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Some of the worst...

I had the most amazing dinner tonight at this Italian restaurant with my friend, and it was truly an experience worth sharing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, like stepping into a cozy corner of Italy.

Our waiter, Emi, made the evening unforgettable. Attentive without being overbearing, Emi had the perfect recommendations and made us feel so well taken care of. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed every part of our meal.

The food itself was outstanding—authentic, full of flavor, and clearly made with love. Every dish felt like a celebration of Italian cooking, from the fresh pasta to the perfectly balanced sauces. Pair that with a great Italian Beer and it was perfection.

Room for desert? We didn't have room but we ordered Tiramisu anyway. Quite easily one of the best ive had in my life! Creamy, indulgent and unforgettable!

It’s rare to find a restaurant that nails both the service and the food, but this place does it effortlessly. We will definitely be coming back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Italian dining experience.

Grazie mille, Emi, for making our night...

Horrible experience, I would give zero stars if I could. My family and I visited this branch on 3/7/22 around 12+pm. We were being seated by a nice waiter with a neck tattoo and were standing in the middle of the restaurant deciding between 2 tables. Then, a waiter with curly hair and glasses (His name is KAY) walked aggressively towards us and specifically yelled at my mum repeatedly to read the sign ‘please wait to be seated’. Did you assume she can’t read the sign just because she’s Asian? Either way even if he wasn’t being racist, which I suspect he was, the tone he used was disrespectful towards a customer. Please train your staff to have basic manners, I will certainly never dine at this Bella Italia or any other outlet ever again!!! An embarrassment of an establishment.

On a side note, most of the reviews for this branch compliment Kay’s service as a waiter. Well this might be the case for you only if you aren’t a minority or of an Asian descent. What a nasty...

Bella Italia di nome e di fatto! It was one of the best experience I had in a real Italian restaurant. This branch in particular it's one of the best I have tried so far. The location is wonderful, full of painting and different colors, the friendly feeling I felt it was something unique. The quality of the food it was extraordinary fresh, tasty and delicious! You can be able to feel each different flavors and textures originally from Italy. Very much recommended dishes: Calamari fritti, Crab arancini, Gamberoni pasta and Duck ragu fresh pasta. Every dish we had was a pleasure to see and brilliant experience to taste. We have been served by only one waitress able to do the job of 3 more at least. And we had the pleasure to meet the manager on charge that evening that guide us trough the origin of the brand and the huge variants of wine. After all it was an amazing experience, very very recommended. If you have a chance you should definitely give it a try, you want regret it!

Was having a lovely day out with my step daughter (11), decided to go for a meal. Our server was amazing, I'm not sure of his name but I believe he told another lady he's from Fiji. 10/07/22 at 17:30pm is when we came in. He will likely remember us. My step bub is 11 and has quite bad anxiety but not only did he get her talking, but even gave her a big high five as we left which really made her giggle. The staff was lovely, food was amazing. Best lasagne I've ever had, and the mac &cheese my daughter had was amazing, first meal she has ever finished in a restaurant as she struggles with food. We shared the cookie dough, again best we've ever had. The toilets were very clean. Not that it applies to us, but the restaurant is not disability friendly for anyone wondering. Toilets are downstairs and not a lot of wheelchair room. But other than that it's excellent. Dippy the dinosaur enjoyed it too!! Our server deserves a raise! Thank you for a lovely meal.
