HFC Whitechapel — Restaurant in London

Firstly, this has been one of my favourite PFCs and my go to since I was a kid, I’ve been a regular customer for years, and HFC have never me down! The customer service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and they are blessed! The portions are very generous, and they load your box up with chips. Regarding the food, their chicken wrap meal is my go to and it’s outstanding, probably the best friend chicken wrap around. I’ve seen loads of places just load the wrap with lettuce, but HFC isn’t like that. There are heaps of chicken in the wrap, and it’s very filling. Their double cheeseburger is one of the best in the area. The wings were well seasoned, fresh and cooked to perfection. They were tender, succulent and flavourful. They paired very well with the chilli sauce. Whilst the chicken was oily, they were big pieces which were seasoned and cooked to perfection. From previous orders, their burgers are big, and are very filling. I personally don’t like PFC Doner, but friends have told me HFC is good for Doner. The only negative is they only take cash (I understand why but it’s 2024) so I do wish they could start accepting card, it’ll make things much more convenient for customers. Delivery was 2hr late and i tried to cancel as the estimated kept changing and no drivers. He said he wont cancel so he doesnt lose out i explained its been more than 1hr i want to cancel he still refused so i had no choice but i requested for fresh food when the driver eventually arrives he said no hes not going to replace it and i told him why he made the food 1hr ago even when the driver has not been confirmed now you expect me to eat food thats been sitting in the bag for 2hrs? Not even accepting to change the chips. You should not make the food until the driver is confirmed or atleast replace the small items like chips that will go hard. I am shocked they would do this just to save a couple of quid but they dont realise losing customers is worse than that. When the food arrived the it was terrible as expected. Chips were dry and hard as its been 2hrs and the chicken burger falling apart soggy. Nuggets were dry and rubber. Chicken was dry and they forgot my 3 wings. I chucked most the chips away and forced myself to eat as i was starving. The only thing tasted nice was the pepsi. Never trusting this shop again no empathy for...

Ate here once before many moons ago so don't remember much. Walked in the other day and was a bit taken back as it looked quite grotty.

Wasnt busy when I went so the bossman took the order quickly, three burger meals at £3.50 each, two beef, one chicken.

The meals were cooked quickly, fresh, the service was very good. Prices average.

So went home to eat, the portions were very good, the burgers were huge. They were nicely cooked and very tasty. Enjoyed the meal and it was filling.

The sauces, green one was different but ni e, chilly very nice but seems to have food coloring inside as my finger became red stained.

All in all, good value, good portions, tasty food and good service.
