Janan Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in London

I recently visited Janan Resturant , and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite booking a table in advance, the restaurant was unprepared for my visit. When I ordered my meal, I was informed that the dish I wanted wasn’t available. They suggested I wait 30 minutes or choose something completely different that I didn’t want. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had made a reservation to avoid any delays.

To make matters worse, the drink I ordered was also unavailable. Rather than informing me right away, they offered me their choice without even asking if it was acceptable. This lack of attention to customer preferences and preparedness is unacceptable.

Overall, Janan Resturant fell short of my expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable...

We recently had the pleasure of afternoon tea at the Janan Restaurants and Bar for a special birthday occasion, and was truly delightful.

The service was impeccable from the moment that we arrived, the waiter was attentive, polite and friendly and made every detail perfect, even took a family photo contributing to a memorable celebration.

Overall, Janan exceeded our expectations, food was tasty with a nice selection particularly the cheesecake.
