Cafe Ole — Restaurant in London

Lunch of Pasta Pesto arrives after I finished my tea. Went in to remind them and 2 mins later, food comes. No topup for my tea for waiting. Maybe busy? Was offered a glass of ice, to go with my bottle of sparkling water, for this very hot and sweatbothered chap. (Very hot day today) Would anyone say no to that??!! Had a very nicely priced Summery pasta & pesto chicken (antipasti tomatoes in there too). Seating inside & outside. The desserts are fancy multilayered nice. The only plus is the location and inside is kind of cozy too. Now, service was deplorable ((waiter didn't look at me, was distracted and cheeky), food was so bad that I had stomachache the rest of the day. The so called "Spanish omelette" (they should learn how to make it before sell it as such) was a bit burnt, totally dry and had chilli (or something hot spicy) on it!!!! Since when the Spanish omelette have that? I believe the place is run by Algerians so maybe is their way but certainly not Spanish. My friend warned me about this place but I wanted to give it a go. My mistake....

This is by far the worst coffee place I have ever been to!! If I could give it -5 stars I promise you I would. I asked for an iced caramel coffee and what I got didn't have a single taste of caramel, the ice had been crushed instead of just using ice cubes which made it melt way faster and water down the coffee, when the man making the coffee was pouring it into the cup he touched the crushed ice on it several times to position it with his bare fingers which absolutely grossed me out. I will not be coming here ever again, this is the worst and bluntest coffee I have...
