The staff need an attitude adjustment.
Very poor service. I realised after I left the premises that they got my order wrong and when i returned to the store and raised it with the girl who took my order, she tried to deflect it on me and said the error was on my side, which it wasnāt, I know what I ordered. She didnāt do anything to even attempt to rectify it and immediately attempted to shift blame on to me. Sheās lucky I didnāt leave the food and request a refund. I understand human error mistakes happen, but thereās nothing worse than when someone wonāt take responsibility.
Apparently my order wasnāt the only one: the store was full of others who were also waiting on their food because the staff werenāt careful with their inventory and prep, and only after the other customer paid did they inform them of the long wait time, at which the customer requested they just give him whatever they had ready. The menu is somewhat confusing so customers have a lot of questions and can be quite impatient when they can't hear or don't get what they were expecting. My advice might be to have larger, more detailed menus posted on the walls where waiting customers can read them. They might also consider installing cash registers with a large print screen facing the customer and showing the exact details and pricing for their order. I always get the meal for one with 3 pieces of Original Recipe chicken. It's good - the chicken is tender and comes right off the bone, and the chips (fries) are good too. If you request ketchup or some other sauce for the fries check your bag before leaving, sometimes the staff forget to put it in and they're the kind of fries that aren't so good...
