I had the chance to dine at terrazza a charming spot known for its gourmet dishes and inviting ambiance. Overall, it was a delightful culinary experience, though there are a few things worth noting for anyone considering a visit.
First and foremost, the food was truly the highlight of the evening. Every dish we ordered was carefully crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and plated with artistic finesse. The flavors were rich and balanced — from the truffle-infused risotto to the perfectly seared duck breast, it was clear the kitchen takes pride in their craft. Each bite felt like a small celebration of fine dining.
The atmosphere added to the appeal. With soft lighting, tasteful decor, and gentle background music, the restaurant offers a relaxing yet elegant setting that’s perfect for a romantic dinner or special occasion. The ambiance certainly enhances the overall experience.
Service, while pleasant, fell slightly short of expectations given the upscale pricing. Our server was courteous and friendly, but there were a few delays and moments where more attentiveness would have been appreciated. For a restaurant positioned at this price point, a bit more polish and promptness would go a long way.
One delightful surprise was the complimentary desserts — a thoughtful touch that ended our evening on a sweet note. The pistachio panna cotta and dark chocolate mousse were indulgent and beautifully presented.
While the food and setting lived up to the reputation, the overall value felt slightly off due to the uneven service. That said, if you're looking to treat yourself to a gourmet meal in a lovely setting and don’t mind splurging a bit, La Belle Table is still worth a visit. With a few improvements in service, it could easily become a top-tier...

Food was top notch, service was great but couldn’t give that extra 1 star only because I was offered the deal on the cocktails, (2 for £14.90) but I dined alone and asked if I could have 1 first and then another after, (they had to be the same cocktail) but was told I had to have them at the same time. I also asked the waiter who was lovely, what was to happen if I didn’t like the first cocktail, (ofcourse I would pay for it anyway but I wouldn’t order a second) and I then suggested to bring me 1 first, and if I like it I would order the second cocktail, and if I didn’t like it they could charge me full price for the cocktail without the deal, but again refused in a respectful way.
Apart from that, it was great. But seeing as I dined alone, 1 cocktail after the other would have been the better option, also because the second cocktail started to get watered down by the ice.
I will be back as it was a...
Read moreWe were visiting family this weekend in Hampstead. We ate here this Saturday evening in the roof top part of this restaurant, having booked online. I was a bit concerned that the weather had turned cool and that we would be cold. However there was an option to be behind a glass partition, which meant we could see the sky and sparkly lighting from inside. Perfect temperature! The furnishings were very smart with marble tables and comfortably upholstered seating and nicely lit for dining with friends or groups. Lots of cocktails were being made by bar staff. The staff were very attentive and were happy to give me a taste of two different wines as I was unsure what to choose. The food was excellent and I would definitely choose to eat here again when I return...
