Comfortably the worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Had to wait for half an hour for our food (a Zinger Tower Burger Meal and a Fillet Tower Burger). Our order was wiped from the screen after two minutes of ordering, leaving us worried our food had been forgotten. Our worries proved founded as ten minutes later when we were checking that they HADN’T forgotten they asked to see our receipt, which they then took off of us so they could complete the order. A good fifteen/twenty minutes later we heard them scream across the kitchen for our missing Zinger Tower Burger. Five minutes AFTER that, we finally got our food. Half of our order was fresh as they had only just cooked it. The other half was cold, having been presumably sat on the side and forgotten about. This is without mentioning the medium coke they handed us, which was barely half full. Read moreThe customer service at this KFC is extremely disappointing. A tall guy with a beard is consistently rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. This has happened to me multiple times, and after reading reviews from other customers, it’s clear that this has been an ongoing issue for months. Some have even uploaded pictures of the same staff member.
As a major food brand, KFC should prioritize good customer service, yet no action seems to be taken despite repeated complaints. Your staff represents your brand—if they are unwelcoming, customers will avoid coming back. If someone has an attitude problem, they should not be in a customer-facing role.
I strongly urge KFC to address this issue and train staff to be polite and respectful. Until then, I would not recommend visiting...
Read moreOrdered 2 large hot wings meals, i accidentally put pepsi for one of them so i asked one of the workers to just change one of them to lipton if it was ok. bare in mind i exemplified only 1 of them she ignored me and looked frustrated. then from my point of view she asked me again but she was confirming if it was lipton tea, it may of been language barrier but it wasn’t clear. she then put it in both when my friend wanted pepsi. we asked nicely since we only asked for one of them she started shouting getting frustrated and suing i told her to put lipton in both when i asked for one. we didn’t bother arguing with her as we knew she would get agressive. you guys need to work on your customer service from what i know we are eligible for a refund since she got it...
