KFC London — Restaurant in London

One member of staff (woman with black headscarf) is rude to every customer she serves. If no body likes the side wing in their bucket it is common sense to order and cook less of these pieces. Simple case of supply and demand. The customer is paying for the chicken. Give them what they want. This store forces customers to have at least two side wings in each bucket. I asked for a burger with bacon once and the staff member (mentioned above with the black headscarf) told me to get out of the store because this is a halal store only. I thought this was very rude, as she could have been polite about it. I think this staff member has been removed from the customer service role and sent to the back to cook the chicken (as I still see her in the store) but not serving customers anymore. So far one of the worse experiences I’ve had in kfc. I ordered two burger meals and a mighty bucket for one. One staff looked so lost like he wasn’t sure about anything. that at one point I was concerned he might hurt himself thinking about the order. The bucket was missing strips. I got charged 60p to have super charger sauce in both burgers which surprised me but I was more surprised to see the tiny amount he put in the burger! What a rip off! I had more katchup then the sauce I paid for in the burger, what a freaking joke!! Defo going to avoid this branch. I tried calling them 5 times and no one answered. Advice to anyone who does make the mistake of going here to check you’re food before you leave. What an experience of fast food specially when it comes to KFC. I have always been a KFC fan but this woodgrange road branch KFC just put me off KFC, not just me my whole family. On the 23rd of June I have ordered a party bucket which comes with 14 pieces of chicken, 8hot wings, 8mini fillet, 2 large sides and 6 regular fries and a drink. It sounds like a lot of food and that's what I thought as I had guest over and it will be more than enough for everyone but alas the mini chicken fillet was bigger than 2 pieces of chicken. It was a total embarrassment to the guest and the fries portion size was probably less than 1 third of a MCDonald small fries size.
