25/05/19 Atrocious experience, they should not be allowed to trade. Proceed with caution. Food arrived on time however the Tikka starter was a starter like no other. Four measly pieces of “lamb” which filled barely a quarter of a small container. The chicken samosas tasted off and were so small. Couldn’t find the chicken - inedible. We called the restaurant to raise our concerns and issues and spoke to Imran who kept leaving us on the line and wouldn’t speak to us. Tried speaking to him but he was rude and unhelpful and made it quite clear that had no intention of listening or assisting us. We asked to speak to the manager who again was called Imran and apparently was not available for the foreseeable - then he hung up and our phone calls will not go through now. It would appear that the opportunity to leave a review on Just Eat has been blocked by the restaurant who cancelled the order which we received. Thus removing our opportunity to leave feedback. I ordered food today through Uber Eats and Deliveroo, and it was a complete mess.

First, the food came very late, much after the expected delivery time. When it finally arrived, it was not worth the wait at all.

The food was stale and badly cooked. The lamb pieces were hard and not cooked properly, the rice was half-boiled, and the garlic naan was so hard it was difficult to eat — and there was no garlic on it at all.

I had also ordered a paneer curry, and the box was labeled “paneer,” but inside was a non-veg curry. That’s not just careless — it’s unacceptable.

The chicken and lamb didn’t taste fresh either. Everything about this order felt wrong. Honestly, there were so many issues I can’t even list them all here.

When I tried to speak to the restaurant about it, they were very rude and didn’t care at all. They refused to accept their mistake and offered no solution.

I’m extremely disappointed. Please don’t waste your money here just trust the other negative ratings. I’ll definitely never order from or visit this...

Delivery was right on time. 👍👍 (estimated time was 60 minutes though, so... still slow, but expected) They sent an entire carton of juice! (Added a star) The curry itself is fine. You can definitely taste added sugar as previous reviews mentioned. The saag is much too sweet. It takes away from the flavor. It has a lovely flavor though, so I'm sorry it's so sweetened. The lamb tikka is just the right amount of spicy for me, which is fantastic, though the website said it would be mild and this might be a bit too much for someone expecting the typical bland flavor of "mild" I would say this is more on the medium side. The saag has no heat. It's a good balance, but it would be even better without the sugar. I've never heard of anyone adding straight up sugar to curry. If they continue to do so, I hope they use less. They did send huge portions, though, so you get your money's worth. No skimping (as seen with the entire carton or mango juice I recieved) All in all not too bad. Just don't expect the best curry you've...
