Korykos Turkish Restaurant & Meze Bar — Restaurant in London

I went to Korykos for a Christmas dinner as most of my party is not a big fan of pub food and we thought we couldn't go wrong with Turkish food. And indeed we didn't! The food was amazing (although the fish was a bit overcooked), very generous portions and all very tasty. The service was ok, but we did have to ask for everything like ketchup, extra glasses as they didn't offer. And one thing that left us quite disappointed was that we weren't offered dessert, which was included in the set Christmas menu, but we did pay the full price. We didn't ask either because we were having a good time and we had to leave quite abruptly due to children in our party, however waiting for more than 30min after having had our main course and still no dessert is not acceptable. Might return here because the food was really good but if I do I would make sure to order everything upfront and check the bill...

Had a lovely meal here with some friends. We booked a table prior to turning up and as we were going to be arriving late in the evening (around 9.40pm) we pre ordered our meal as well. Nice setting, good crowd, friendly and approachable staff. We were greeted and shown our table. Within a couple of minutes we were asked about drinks and informed our starters would be on the way. Another minute later we had our drinks and starters and 5 minutes after that we had our main meals too. The food was tremendous! Such fantastic flavour and pizazz! Came away with full stomachs and thoroughly satisfied!! Would recommend to all. If I really wanted to nitpick I would say the hummus wasn't great, but they made up for that and then some with the spicy prawns! Keep up...

Poor customer service, . Ordered a meal for 4 with just eat, after waiting for over an hour and no food delivered, rang the restaurant. The said our food had been delivered and the just eat delivery guy had rung our front door bell and rung the mobile twice as he got not reply. We had received 2 missed calls and when we called back went to voicemail. Rung the restaurant who were busy and most uninterested in what had happened. It turned out the the just eat guy had delivered our meal to the house with the same number in the next road. The restaurant manager just kept blaming just eat and was not interested in providing a solution. not great customer service, not willing to help as he was too busy. BE WARY WHEN ORDERING FOOD FROM KORYKOS...
