Deceptive, lying, vulgar staff and disappointing food! London's worst restaurant! Avoid this place. I wish I could give zero or negative star. This place is all about: unbelievably rude and abusive staff who shout at you if you complain; misleading menu; dirty frozen food with hair in them! Worst of all, a manager who fools customer and backs up the action of his rude staff by not refunding and giving no compensation but a smile and some words. So if a manager disappoints and deceives you who are you gonna complain to? In the menu they mentioned a mixed platter with a choice of 6 mezze for 25 GBP. Separately all mezze are priced individually too. So it gives an impression of a meal deal! We ordered 6 mezze and we were expecting to be charged according to the deal. They brought the dishes with hair in one of the food and we asked them to remove the dirty dish and not charge us for that. Not only they charged for all the food they also added up the prices of starters separately and not as a meal deal of 25 pounds so it costed 57 pounds. After we complained the waiters reacted unbelievably rude and even one of them named "Abed" started shouting and treating us aggressively. Later, although the so called manager (named Emilio) became aware of the mistake in the menu he did not offer any refund or compensation. He expected us to accept that what is past is past. The terrible people at this place are giving the Lebanese cuisine a bad name by serving awful overpriced frozen food and unprofessional staff who knows nothing about Lebanese cuisine or customer service. Their business is...

DO NOT GO THERE --- THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE MOST VULGAR ,RUDE AND CHEATING STAFF IN HISTORY OF RESTAURANT SERVICE

Went there tonight with a couple of friends, for dinner and shisha as planned. Dinner service starts terribly, waiter takes order, 1h later comes back with the wrong order (we ordered 3 lamb shawarmas, comes back with 3 chicken shawarmas). 20 mns later, the food comes back, the lamb sandwiches and fries are stone cold.

Next we order tea and shisha, nasty tea is served and shisha barely checked if we didn't ask for change of coal.

The worst is when the bill is forced onto our table when the waiter says till is closing. I hand a 50 pound bill, asking to charge 20 from the 60 pound bill (split amongst 3), waiter comes back with 25 in change, charging me the service charge without my approval.

I request the waiter to bring me the appropriate change, which escalates into loud verbal attack with swear words because he refuses to go to the cashier to bring my full change --- my friends and I were immediately surrounded by other rude restaurant staff yelling at us for not paying the discretionary service charge whcih they did not earn one bit ---- my friends and I proceed by leaving the table and walking away, when additional staff come shouting F* words and other rude and verbal name calling ---

DO NOT GO HERE EVER - SAVE YOURSELF THE CHEATING AND THE VERBAL ABUSE FROM UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNQUALIFIED STREET THUGS...

We were on a weekend break to London and we came across this restaurant as we were going to selfridges. The man outside came across as very over powering and in your face but we were very hungry and said we would try it. I got a falafel salad that had 3 falafel which my husband requested 1 or 2 more as it was my main dish. He ordered a mix grill for 1 person and literally got 2 bits of very small pieces of meat, chicken and lamb and chicken wings. One piece of wet pitta bread was under it so we asked for more pitta. We ordered portion of chips to share.. That was literally all and a jug of tap water. The service was terrible from no cutlery and then not bringing food together and then giving dessert menus while we were still eating mains. Bringing tea again while we were eating. The bill came to £70 this is including a £9 service charge. This was absolute rip off when I think I was only supposed to receive 3 falafel and my husbands meat was miserable, enough for a childs portion. I have to post this review as we believe it is a terrible trap for tourists just outside selfridges. We should have checked the reviews first which are really not great. This restaurant really needs to review their food and also their service to customers. The guy outside should probably stop some talking and review how they do food and training...

Please don't bother to visit this cafe/restaurant!!! One portion of Calamari formed of 3 pieces priced at 9.5!!! Not only the price but they were taken from the freezer and cooked in oil. Nothing as fresh made. The lentil soup tasted only like cumin. Batata Hara potatoes precoked (probably 1 day before) and reheated... The chicken shish (£20), was served with 2 small spoons of salad (same as in the picture with calmari) with peppers that had old fridge taste. Basically the salad was not fresh at all. A glas of juice from a carton box £7 and a glas of 175 ml of low quality white wine £9. A place that is super overpriced for nothing. I wouldn't minded if we have had a good meal, however for all of the above plus a rice and a still water we ended up paying more than £90. So many amazing places to eat in Central London for this amount of money for two people. Don't waste your money here!!!! Economy in everything. Including the toilets where everything looked disgusting. Let's say that the star from above is for the staff members that maybe they don't have a choice and must be nice in order to cover all from above...
