LEON Southbank Place — Restaurant in London

Really disappointed. Update: I am happy with Leon’s response after my negative experience (didn’t expect it) and will try them again, making sure to raise any issues in person. Thanks manager at this Leon location, I appreciate your time customer service. Barely warm, dry, tough fries were difficult to eat and went cold after 30 seconds. They must have been sitting around quite awhile. The Love burger had zero love. Barely warm, cheese not melted. The taste was ok but lacking anything appealing because it had also likely been sitting around for ages and was dry. Speedy service but I would have preferred to wait for hot food. I found one seat to sit in the small area. At least I got to sit down. So, ya, pretty depressing lunch for almost £10. I’ll try something different next time as this was not worth it at all. I recently visited Leon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The service was quick and friendly — my order was taken and prepared in less than 10 minutes. The staff was polite and made sure everything was correct before handing me the food.

I ordered a chicken caesar burger and a drink. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and served fresh. What I appreciated most was that everything tasted freshly made, not like it had been sitting under a heat lamp.

The prices were reasonable, and the portion sizes were satisfying. The restaurant itself was clean and had a casual welcoming atmosphere, which made it a comfortable spot for a quick bite.

We had order our food and drink to dine in at New Year’s Eve obviously we needed toilet after drinking . Surprisingly they closed the toilet door with a sign of out of order . We asked them to let us use their staff toilet as we are their costumers but they said that we could use the station or the other restaurants nearby which was rude . Could they legally do this to their clients at New Year’s Eve ?! We’ve been looking around for two hours now no one let us use their toilet and we have to head home now just for the toilet and miss this night ??????
