Upon coming here staff were very welcoming and even offering a cup of coffee for free (guess that's the benefit of being here on opening day).

There is a long outdoor area for smaller parties and larger parties with wooden chairs and leather/metal sofas. But whether your sit inside or outside there is plenty of space for you and your party as this 2-story building will offer comfy booths, sofas and lounge chairs. It is a perfect day to work here as they have redesigned ping-pong tables with working electrical sockets and USB ports right next to a zoom booth! Which is a small 'soundproof' room that you can do your meetings in, but it does get a little warm. International plugs! Free WiFi!

You might not expect this but there are many different attractions here such as a dessert food truck on the second floor. A photo booth and a slide which you can take down instead of the stairs. At the bottom of the slide are 3 private rooms which are bookable for a low fee where you can have a private meeting or work on a podcast. But all work and no play makes everyone a dull boy remember to also book a round or two with their indoor 'Duckpin bowling' - which is a smaller version of bowling such as smaller balls and length of the bowling alley. There is also a gift shop and 2 bars. Lastly, the final perk is a coffee shop, GRIND in which you can have a decent cup of brew.

Drinks are a reasonable price for the area l and drinks come in sizes of a pint, two-thirds of a pint and half a pint (so make sure to ask). They offer their classics and signature BrewDog brews. Whilst it is about beer there are also alcohol-free BrewDog beverages here along with coffee and food! The pizza and Mac & cheese I ordered were tasty however I do fancy to try out their plant based food.

The toilets are very good with an emphasis on gender-neutral spaces and they offer toilet boots - male, female, unisex and also disability toilets (or baby changing rooms) on both floors. There were a few lady services such as tampons and pads, and deodorant which were at all toilets male, female and unisex.

It is also a pet friendly pub so bring you cute little woofers!

Lastly there is a hidden cocktail bar here. I won't spoil it but have a look out for the telephone on the second floor ring ring. Make sure to pick up the phone and ask...

We visited on a Friday afternoon and had pre booked the bowling, the bowling area was really cool, very clean too which was appreciated! We had fun bowling and when our pins got twisted the guys were quick to attend. There are three ways to order drinks/food, through a server by pressing a button, via the app by scanning a QR code or the bar. We opted to do it via the app, it was a pain then you get charged a service charge and tip! There was no option to remove this so be aware. The bar would have been so much easier but we didn’t want to miss our playing time! Our lane was booked for one game for one hour, when we finished our game we stayed at the seats to finish our drinks as it wasn’t busy and after about 10 minutes the server then tells us we can start another game as we still had time! Might have been nice to tell us sooner but hey…

We had booked a table for food so found someone to assist, the first table wasn’t suitable due to one guest having mobility issues but they quickly found us somewhere suitable without fuss, thank you!

We ordered some drinks from the bar and the guys serving were really lovely and helpful. There is a great selection of drinks, suitable for everyone. We were also able to try samples of what they had on offer! There are restrictions on the sizings though, for example the maximum on Elvis juice is 2/3 of a pint due to its strength.

When it came to ordering food it was confusing, we eventually sourced a server but they are few and far between. With food and further drinks ordered via a human we received it all very quickly! The food was really good, we kind of all shared and enjoyed everything we had. It was reasonably priced and generous sized portions.

The establishment itself is very well laid out and there is lots to do. It does get very loud so if you’re expecting a quiet drink this is possibly not the right venue for you. There were lots of children, whilst I don’t mind kids it did get annoying when they were running around screaming and pushing you to get down the slide. Weirdly enough there was a 9 year olds party being held there during our visit?!!!!!

We had a good time and will go...

I have first heard about the new Brewdog Waterloo store from my mum on 16/8/2022 about their job position which I'm interested to apply for. Plus, I wasn't aware that this is the same company who created their own drink brands which my mum have purchase or be giving for free to promotion them before August 2022. Beside that, I have visited their waterloo bar/restaurant to tried out their breakfast menus and August have ordered their Butterscotch Pancake with Whipping Cream and Nutella with Latte and a free water from one of their female staff around 10 somthing in the morning. Despite, I was stressed out and annoyed with the public transport journey due to the second trains strike (the first international trains strike take place around 21 - 26 of June 2022) and again started on 17 to 20th August 2022. In order to cheered myself up, I have decided to visited their newly Brewdog Waterloo on 19/8/2022. Since their offical opening take place on 18/8/2022 and I wasn't able to come due to work commitments with Lord's Cricket Ground at the time. Beside that, I like this new gems and the employees are friendly, commitments and informative. Especially, one of their male employees named Jack, whom I met first and gave my physical CV and asked him about their job positions. Plus, the music is multigenres (I like some of the music so enough that I used my Sharzam app to found out the name of the track and artists) and it's lively and entertainment around 10 am. Plus, the building have different areas, including their own silence room, date room, private meetings, tea and cafe, and bowling. Also, the toilet is clean and has female self care essentials. It's reminded me of Bat and Balls (Westfield Stratford), Bill's Farnham, and All-Star Lanes Westfield Stratford City based on their colour scheme. Recommended this place if you wanted a more peaceful and force environment with different music for your workload or business in the morning instead of late night ones. Plus, some of the foods aren't too expensive. Here's my picture of Brewdog Waterloo...
