Paying at the till with cash is an anomaly that only the oldest of staff can remember how to work the till. They have more chance of typing the complete works of Shakespeare when pounding keys on the till like whack-a-mole. Some don’t even know till exists.
Betting pools appear to see which Customer is going to justifiably loose their minds first. Who’s going to be the first to give up and ask for a refund. (Which can take up to 20mins itself) Who’s just gonna give up on food or a refund and leave forever and escape the Pain and suffering and hunger. Escape while you can!

Read moreVery disappointed tonight as we ordered McDonald's which we do not do often, and the restaurant forgot one of the burgers from our order. This may seem small but when you are looking forward to something it is disappointing. The worst part about this experience is that the process to speak to the restaurant or ubereats is awful. We could not even order on the McDonald's app initially as it kept cancelling our order and having technical problems. We tried on multiple phones and both delivery and collect, and still did not work. Finally after we ordered and food was delivered, we realised we were missing an item, we tried calling the restaurant, who did not answer, and on ubereats it does not even let you speak to somebody real to complain. All I got was a tiny refund which is not what we wanted at all as a response and does not in anyway make up for the mistake. I wanted the item forgotten to be delivered, as we had paid for it as well. This is a huge business who makes huge amounts of money and we are so extremely disappointed at their customer service today. This has happened to me multiple times in the past and it is not okay. Read moreAlmost every time I've been there my stress levels have skyrocketed, the self service kiosks are in the wrong place, if they are going to encourage people to use the kiosks they need a dedicated waiting area otherwise people will be standing in the way of the kiosks or next to people at tables trying to eat, when its busy the atmosphere can be really intense in there. I've witnessed many arguements between staff and customers, there have been extremely long wait times whilst customers can clearly see that the couriers are generally receiving faster preferential service. It’s becoming increasingly clear that this restaurant was strategically opened to service on-line orders delivered by couriers as it’s easy to park outside & it has a very low footfall, so obviously not an ideal McDonald’s location. I've had many issues with orders being wrong, with offers on the app not being available at this store, with very poor customer service from managers, who also seem to have a very high staff turnover as you never see the same person there twice. The last time I went in I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese that was stone cold and looked congealed, not a good...
