Extremely disappointing experience at Mister Nice London.
The supposed "manager" with blonde hair (Dominico) was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. We arrived for our 7 PM reservation and were told our table was outdoors. It was freezing (3°C in November), and no one in their right mind would sit outside in such weather. When we asked why, he curtly replied that "the system says so." For context, when booking, there was no option to choose indoor or outdoor seating—just "ground floor," which clearly implies indoors.
The restaurant was almost EMPTY, with only 3-4 occupied tables, and no one was sitting outside. After much argument, another manager grudgingly allowed us to sit indoors but demanded we leave by 8:30 PM due to "other reservations." We complied, but by 8:30, the restaurant still had plenty of empty tables. This felt discriminatory—why insist we sit outside or leave early when others weren't treated the same way?
The food was bland, tasteless, and severely overpriced. The music was unbearably loud, making it impossible to enjoy the ambiance. Limited menu options, poor quality, and a rude, unwelcoming atmosphere made this an all-around terrible experience.
Interestingly, my friend from Kuwait had a similar encounter with the same manager months ago. She was told she had no reservation, despite the website showing availability. It seems many reviews mention this individual’s rudeness—why is he still employed?
Avoid this place at all costs. It’s overrated, overpriced, and completely lacking in...

I went to Mister Nice for dinner with my sister, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We had an 8:45 pm reservation but weren’t seated until 9:20 pm. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of a series of uncomfortable interactions.
The table next to ours was originally set for around 14 people, but as the night went on, more guests kept arriving, and they squeezed additional people in, causing them to frequently bump into our table while we were trying to enjoy our meal. This could have been overlooked if it were managed with consideration, but the situation was handled in a shockingly disrespectful way.
At one point, a waiter or manager approached us and said, “Girls, I have a good deal for you. Since the table beside you is getting bigger, we have another free table, and the guy on the other table offered to pay for your dinner if you move.” I found this approach to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Why would anyone assume that we wouldn’t want to pay for our own meal, or that we’d be comfortable with a stranger offering to pay? A simple, polite question like, “Are you uncomfortable? We have another table if you’d like to move,” would have been far more respectful.
The entire experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not the level of service I would expect, and I couldn’t help but wonder if we were treated differently because we’re Asian. I hope management considers training staff to handle these situations with greater sensitivity...
Read moreI recently dined at Mr. Nice restaurant in London to celebrate my sister's birthday, and unfortunately, our experience was below expectations. Despite the restaurant's reputation, we did not receive the exceptional service we had anticipated, and the state of the bathrooms was disappointing.
As we entered the restaurant, we were immediately struck by the trendy and modern ambiance, which created a promising first impression. The menu boasted a range of gourmet options with corresponding high prices, and we were excited to indulge in a memorable dining experience.
We were taken aback to find that the bathrooms were not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. This was a letdown, as we had expected a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail in a restaurant of Mr. Nice's caliber.
While the food was decent, it did not meet our expectations for the premium prices charged. The flavors were good, but the presentation was underwhelming. We had hoped for more exquisite plating and innovative culinary creations to justify the higher prices.
While the ambiance was pleasant and the food was decent, we did not feel that we received the exceptional dining experience we had expected for the prices charged. We hope that Mr. Nice takes steps to improve their service and hygiene standards to better meet the expectations of their...
