New kid on the block!

As a native to New York Pizza, this place hits the spot.

They have a wonderful lunch deal, two slices for £4.99 and dip for 99p. You can’t beat that with most slice places costing more than that for just one slice.

The slices are not as long as I’d like them to be and I am sure this is due to their pie sizes, but they make up for it with their procured toppings that, to me, are unbeatable. My favourites in this deal are: Pepperoni + Chilli Hot honey and Meat feast.

These slices are modelled after their Boss Lady and G.O.A.T pies (the signage in front with the deal labels them as the former; inside dining menu labels them as the latter).

Crunchy crust, great taste.

I’ve only been in for the odd lunch special, and the staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. They’re always helpful and up for a chat which is comforting with something as social as a slice of pizza.

The decor is fantastic. They’ve got a mix of neon and art that isn’t overbearing and phrases on the wall that scream, welcome, “We make the pizzas, go make the memories.”

With a motto like that, plus their downstairs area, complete with a wall mounted photo booth (you get your images immediately text to you), it’s no secret this place offers nothing but good vibes only.

I was gutted to miss a live jazz night they held recently, Mob Nights. Bringing New York to Shoreditch.

Mob Socials is not just their name, but an ethos. This is definitely a space to watch to see how they build the brand, invite community, and serve damn good pizza.

MoB Pizza Socials is an absolute gem! The moment you walk in, you’re hit with the cool, inviting decor — warm colour tones beautifully contrasted with splashes of neon lighting make the space feel vibrant yet cozy. It’s a vibe.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. We kicked things off with chicken wings in garlic Parmesan — paired with an array of freshly made sauces. Each sauce had its own unique kick, but the ones that really stood out were the jalapeño one and the one with Vodka… mind officially blown.

Now, I’ll admit I’m a bit of a pizza snob. I usually stick to authentic Neapolitan or sourdough pizzas, so I was a little hesitant about trying their New York-style pizzas. But wow — the dough was delicious and cooked to perfection. We had the Boss Lady and Joey Doesn’t Share, and both were simply outstanding. You could genuinely taste the quality in every bite. The owner even stopped by to chat and shared how carefully they source their ingredients — love that passion!

The vibe here is super chilled, and the photofinisher station is a great touch — perfect for snapping fun moments with friends or family. This spot isn’t just about great food (though that alone is worth the visit) — the whole space is stylish, welcoming, and would be amazing for parties or events.

MoB Pizza Socials is an absolute gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, lively atmosphere that instantly puts you in a good mood. The staff are super friendly, attentive, and genuinely make you feel welcome.

The food is next level. The New York–style pizzas have that perfect thin, crispy base with generous toppings full of flavour. I tried Everybody Loves BOB and it was the perfect balance of spice, sweetness, and cheesiness. The garlic Parmesan fries were addictive, and the burrata was fresh and creamy.

And then… the desserts! The Nuts for You soft serve was a total show-stopper — creamy, rich, and with just the right amount of pistachio sauce. They also do a great range of cocktails; the Spiced Margarita was spot on.

It’s the perfect place for a casual dinner with friends, date night, or even just drinks and snacks. I love that they have vegan options, fun names for their dishes, and a playful vibe.
