Muzzy's Cafe — Restaurant in London

We just finished eating at this restaurant and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The waitress was unfriendly and quite touchy from the start. My omelet was undercooked, and when I asked if I could have half fries and half salad on the side, she said I’d have to pay extra. I also ordered a pistachio latte, but it had no pistachio flavor at all. When I politely asked if she had actually added the syrup, she came back with the entire bottle, poured half of it into my drink, then stood there staring at me and said: “So, is it good now? Go ahead, taste it!” Honestly, I don’t think you should be working as a waitress if you can’t handle simple questions without being rude. We had also ordered a chai latte, and we’re pretty sure she actually put the pistachio syrup in that one instead, because it clearly tasted of pistachio — but she kept insisting she hadn’t. Lovely breakfast, nice staff and pleasant cafe, a little more expensive than most cafes, but nice ingredients does justify this, coffee is not included in price, but does taste ok, condiments not on the table and salt and pepper were in the opposite containers, i.e it should be and is customary to have one hole for salt, and lots of holes for pepper!!!! The sausages tasted nice, but cold, so please guys cook for longer, or cut in half and cook the middles!!!! One last critisism is the poached eggs had hard yolks, far too overdone. One word: phenomenal! This place absolutely nails brunch. I tried the Eggs Benedict and they were perfection—poached eggs cooked just right, velvety hollandaise sauce, and served on a soft, toasted English muffin. Every bite was rich, balanced, and satisfying.

And then came the Nutella pancakes—fluffy, warm, and generously layered with Nutella, topped with fresh berries and a light dusting of powdered sugar. A dream for anyone with a sweet tooth!

The atmosphere was cozy yet stylish, perfect for a laid-back weekend morning. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the service was quick without feeling rushed.
