Nando’s Hammersmith Broadway (female Worker Poor Attitude) I went there on my own birthday feb 5th I had the best experience the worker he was such a nice non judgemental person brings out the best in customers even if they were having a bad day He even sang happy birthday to me Went there again on 27th March to a family birthday, 4 adults and an elderly demented friend. First I notice this female worker staring at us impatiently while we were trying to get our order right at the counter, she later saw us with a closed champagne and got very judgemental she looked rude, don’t know if it’s because she overheard that the Sainsbury worker left part of the security tag on the champagne my demented friend went Beserk inside Nandos because of that mishap Sainsbury worker did (We came into Nando’s straight from Sainsburys I will also be making a complaint to Sainsburys king Street in due course. I visited the Sainsbury on 27 approximately 7 pm the customer services person clipped the security tag but left it hanging on the Champagne bottle and my friend got upset inside Nando’s so someone must have judged me as your worker just came straight to me telling me they do not serve champagne, her attitude was nasty tell that woman I paid for my champagne at Sainsburys she should get her facts right first when she overhears something or when someone informs her of something, I noticed she started staring like someone possessed while we were trying to get the order right. What caused her nasty attitude was my dementia friend talking about Sainsbury worker should have thrown away the champagne tag after clipping it she left it on the bottle as I said I will make a complaint to Sainsbury in due course. Sorry if I am sticking up for my right because we ourselves as human beings is not perfect but people should get their facts right! (Maybe I should just sit back and let them judge me.) Terrible service but lovely food. You need to wait to be seated, which when they are moderately busy can take time for them to even acknowledge you. But not major. You need to scan the QR code on the tables. I haven't been to a Nandos for years, so didn't know. I asked really politely if we could order a bottle of wine to the table, and got rudely shut down as to the fact "there's the code to order". Once we'd ordered the food it came pretty quickly despite the place becoming really busy. I went to get the cutlery and couldn't find any forks. So I asked the lady politely if there were any forks please. "They're in the dishwasher" was the response I got. No apology or an "I'll bring them out as soon as they are done" or anything, and she just walked off. I did get a bit cross then and turned to my colleague to say, wow, I could read her mind?! ....which is out of character for me to be honest. I'm the one that normally gets trampled on when trying to get on a train and will let people barge through in a queue whilst I smile politely. But I thought the service here was poor at this point. We ate half the dinner with the spoon, which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (diamond shoes too tight and all that). She did bring out the forks in the end. The food was really nice. It hasn't put me off Nandos but I certainly would go back to this one again due to the service though, which is a shame as it is conveniently place near...

We attended for pur anniversary tonight and I think her name was Marita made us have a really special experience. Delicious good, quality experience, amazing staff. Real pleasure. Highly recomend. In addition despite it being extremely busy the customer service was outstanding. Nandos you should be so proud of your staff at this restaurant as they really do an exceptional job. Will certainly attend for future events. Huge thankyou for making our night special. Didn't book due to attending a musical first and they got us nice seating promptly. Not experienced such brillant customer service in a long time. What a wonderful experience and pleasure. Well done 17 years of trying many nandos from Birmingham, Stoke and London and from the greating at the door to the goodbye including the food can honestly say best experience.
