Pali Kitchen — Restaurant in London

Very disappointing if you are expecting some indian taste as its named as Pali Kitchen i would not recommend it to anyone. First part if we talk about the taste the kati rolls are very dry all ingredients are so dry and no gravy at all i think rather than emphasising on indian recipe of kathi roll they are more trying to copy Mexican places nearby, what ever ingredients that can add little taste which are only one sauce out of 4 and saag gravy or rajma gravy that they add in very less in quantity the paneer is very dry just looks red in colour. All over choice of ingredients does not really make great combination. the team really should go and taste kathi rolls in india somewhere. They can probably have more choice of ingredients the minimum expected is at least tikka gravy with paneer everyone does not like saag. If we talk about price for this price i would prefer any burrito stores or rice bowls options all over around the place at least it has some taste (My Review is based on paneer kathi roll may be the non veg items can be...

Yesterday, I was in the queue , ordered a sandwich , I saw the cashier taking cash from customers before me , when I asked him do you accept cash , he responded by saying we do , of course , so I pulled a tenner and gave it to him , he started playing around with my tenner and kept looking at me up and down , when to his manager and said , sorry cannot accept , without no reason , queue is long and people looking , the situation is getting really uncomfortable , and he based on my looks , judging on what I was wearing and discriminatingly in the shop , which is a embarrassment to this place , I will never go back there and told my work people about this and found it so embarrassing and even informed of the place that they wont go there anymore , I had to tell him I only have cash , so he can accept it , he didnt even check my money or anything , just an embarrassment to this place and even my sandwich ended up so cold because of how long...

I like Indian foods. But when I visit pali kitchen another branch and order so they was not accepting cash and they prompt to go another branch. Disappointed on that time. When I come to this branch and samosa chat was not there. Disappointed on that time. And they were not serving in good way. They were just saying go on go on and add. They r not like to think what should I eat too. Probably I take samosa and butter chicken rice bowl and when I ask dip. They were saying there is no dip. Disappointed on that time later when I was eating and finish one staff come and tell which dip u want . Is this service ? When there is too much crowd so they were not serving properly. And later when finish staff is asking for dip. Disgusting. I don’t recommend to visit any of branch...
