I loved this restaurant when I was living near by/ I was one of the most frequent customer ever.I was coming for lunch/ for dinner almost every other day.I moved out from fulham and recently around 2 weeks ago - as I was in the area I bring my best friend there - to show how good the place is - what a dissaster- we were waiting over 1:30 for food! Few times we nearly walk out.We asked so many times where our food is - as restaurant wasnt full - and people who even came much later than us got their food and ate it all and left- and we were still waiting.I was so ashamed to show my friend place like this! The stuff which I used to it wasnt there. There was one polish guy who talk to us in polish( we are both polish) but literally minute later he pretended he doesnt know that we are polish and switch to english - it was so bizzarre attitute. No apologize, not even sorry for such a delay- we has to pay full price/ plus service- where there was no service at all. My worst restautant experience in my life - and I eating in restaurants twice a day/ 365 days in a year around the world - its absolutely the worst! I will never come back...
Read moreIf you’re looking for great pizza and to support a local business with a big heart, Pappa Ciccia is the place to go!
Pappa Ciccia has truly shown what it means to be part of our community. They recently sponsored St. John's Walham Green Year 2 nativity performance. And as a parent of one of the Year 2 children, I know that their kindness made the whole event so much more special for the children and teachers.

What really stood out, though, was the generosity behind it all. True to their 'support local' ethos, Pappa Ciccia provided everything simply out of kindness and a desire to give back to the community. It’s not every day you see a business go out of their way like this. We are so lucky to have them in our community!
So, thank you, Pappa Ciccia, for making such...

Unfortunately the Calamari starter we had only disappointed. The calamari itself was rubbery, and the portion was rather small.
The pizzas we had for mains were average at best, soggy bases and fairly poor quality toppings. you’ll get a better pizza at nearly every italian high street chain.
The most disappointing component of the whole evening however was the service, our waitress was rude, short tempered and didn’t make us feel at all welcome, in light of this, the service charge felt like a complete joke.
In summary: extremely average, overpriced food delivered with anything but a smile. Will not be returning or recommending to friends - don’t waste your time and money, you can find much better in...
