Terrible customer service, was followed around the store everywhere by an Asian middle aged worker who wasn’t even security, once I selected my items and went to self checkout he stood right next to me making me feel very uncomfortable. After watching me CLEARLY pay for everything he then printed my receipt to triple check it, is there a need for this level of harassment, very rude staff and they need to learn how to treat paying customers properly and apologise for the inconvenience caused. I did not feel welcome in this new store and think staff should have a valid reason to stand next to someone while they are paying and double checking if they paid without even speaking to the person, it...

This is not an ordinary store, this is an M&S food store. Just on the edge of Bayswater station in the M&S which is a great place to get snacks for your journey. They sell a wide variety of sadwiches and other snacks as well as crisps, fruits and veg. There are soft drinks as well as something a little stronger. I have visited many times and the staf has always been friendly and polite. A young Indian lady was a very nice and a good girl, every time she helped me and she knows everything on the floor.
