Our first time here,well what can I say, you cant perfect perfection. From the time we entered it was awesome. Anais was our waitress and her father Gezim is the chef,what a wonderful team they make. I have wheat and gluten allergies and not many Italian restaurants cater for me but Primavera did and the food is outstanding. Anais was very attentive and talked with myself and my partner for ages and we covered a lot of conversational topics, I'm sure if they had been busy this would not have been possible, but they were not busy and we had the pleasure of Ansis's company. Popped in here for lunch on the spur of the moment - after having checked the Google review rating and seeing is as a 4.8....how misled we were. Seems to be a family run place and I'm sure they do really care, but this is nowhere near a 4.8/5.

Food is not particularly authentic (e.g. cream and onions in a carbonara), and isn't completely awful, but it doesn't taste good. Portions are huge and the prices are cheap however!

Service was exceptionally slow despite there being 3 other people in the restaurant other than us.

Atmosphere was fine, I suppose, although the interior design is pretty dated, it was exceptionally hot inside the restaurant despite not being particularly hot weather, and the music choice was extremely mixed with some quite bizarre song and genre choices.

Small family run italian. Run by Italians. Took my partner for father's day. I can honestly say it's the first italian I've been to where every dish was freshly cooked tasted amazing everyone in our party was happy from starters to deserts. Very rare to please everyone but they managed it hands down. The hosting was outstanding made us feel like we were vip guests. I did worry for the bill but was gob smoked when the bill arrived a family of 4 with a bottle of wine and spirits starters mains for all and deserts we paid £100.25 I would have paid double for the quality and service. I highly recommend such a hidden gem. we will now be eating italian more often. Thanks again primavera for a fantastic afternoon....
