Ravello — Restaurant in London

I have ordered coffee regularly from Ravello over the past 6 months and been disappointed on most occasions. The staff are mostly unfriendly and have messed up my coffee and food orders too many times to count, even when its not busy.

If you are vegan or have allergies id avoid this place as they are not careful with the orders, as they forget the orders and give out coffees at random sometimes. I have been given whole milk at least 4 times now and have even been chased down the street as they knew and didn't communicate the issue quick enough. A lot can be improved if the staff have better communication and customer...

I didn't have any coffee but the Italian Salad with pasta (you choose the base of the salad yourself) Dining in costs 25% more but still came in the plastic box where the pasta was initially in. No tray, plate or table service provided!

Unfortunately the salad I got was mushy and deprived of any taste. Doughy consistence , cold , absolutely awful. Cost me close to £8..

Can not recommend the place, next tine it's Pret A Manger for me again (just 1 minute...

Bought pasta from this place...usually alright nothing special. On this occasion I kid you not I had a 30cm hair in my food which was in my mouth and luckily could taste it. Went back there and demanded an explanation. Staff refunded me but pretended like they were confused with where the hair had come from and had the cheek to ask me what time I had come in (when the person dealing with it SERVED ME!). Won’t be...
