Terrible customer service!

I went out for dinner with my partner and ordered a few starters and mains. The starters were good, but we were left waiting a long time with dirty plates still on the table. When the mains finally arrived, we only ate one because the Thai noodles were honestly awful. After another long wait, we had to call the waiter over to ask for the dessert menu. He noticed the untouched dish and simply asked, “Do you want a takeaway box?” We said no, and he just took the plates and walked away.

The chef later came out from the kitchen, smiled at us—possibly recognizing us from a previous visit—and asked, “All good?” We just smiled back.

After waiting again, we saw the waiter on his phone, so we decided to go to the counter to pay. That’s when we noticed the uneaten dish was still on the bill. My boyfriend didn’t want to complain and he left, but I politely asked for it to be removed since it was expensive and completely untouched. Instead of apologizing or asking what was wrong with the dish, both the chef and waiter started arguing. The chef insisted I should have mentioned it earlier when he smiled and asked from across the room. That was neither the right time nor the right way to address the issue, and as a customer, I have the right to bring it up when I choose.

One of the authentic Thai food that closed to real Thai like their restaurant name. Its one of the hottest day, the indoor is a little hot, could’ve open the French window to let the air out. Anyways we are lucky to get an outdoor seats.

Food are always good, although this time the crispy pork dish is slightly salty, and quite spicy which brings the real Thai experience.

The satay prawns are great, perfectly seasoned. Nothing to complain. The Penang curry is rich in coconut and nut flavors, brings a different aroma of this dish.

The singha beer are very fresh and cold which is the best for summer.

I had read the reviews on this place and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was kind and attentive. Thai food is one of my favorites, believe me when I say there is a lot of sub par thai restaurants out there. This is not one of them. Every dish is thoughtful and flavorful. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm, inviting and feels like your neighborhood restaurant that feels like an extension of home.
