I am a big fan of supporting good customer service and like trying new coffee places. This comes highly recommended in various articles. I was in the area so thought to try it. All staff were adorable, so welcoming and friendly. Great customer service. I knew what I wanted so didn't look at the menu. The black americano was good as was the salted caramel protein or energy ball. Perfect with a bitter coffee to give it a little sweetness. Not too badly priced given area. Very reasonable in comparison to competitors. Clean. Busy but had a nice atmosphere. Small interior, mainly take away and standing area. To be honest, not sure if there were seats as I was playing with my phone. Nice minimal decor. Cool vibe. Limited range of other treats to have with your coffee. I would say only come if you truly love coffee. As this is 'proper' coffee, some may find it bitter or acidic as it's different to a standard coffee shop....

You're guaranteed a coffee with a smile here at the London Wall branch so I'd recommend a coffee here. I usually have an oat latte and an iced oat latte in warmer weather but I've also sampled an oat hot chocolate, which was delicious; not too sweet, and not too bitter, and made with Moka chocolate (50% cocoa). The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond. Example: I spilled my coffee on the ground and a staff member saw and very kindly brought me a replacement completely free of charge. I wasn't expecting this so I was really touched by the kindness. The staff also gave me a complimentary coffee and giant cookie on my birthday, which was both kind and generous. The café is thought to make your journey through the sensory experience easy by dividing their coffee beans into three, black coffee, for coffee with milk and alternative milk and filter. Also, they have a guest coffee.
The coffee cup sizes are slim, making the decision making an easy task and your experience more focused on coffee; there is nothing to hide but to highlight.
