We had the pleasure of enjoying two free pizzas as part of this store’s opening promotion. I was seated quickly and asked if I wanted drinks whilst waiting for the rest of my party. Our waiter was very attentive, all our requests throughout our dining experience were attended to instantaneously. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, you could watch the chef’s cook the pizza upfront and the little touches with fairy lights as well as candles made it so much cozier and homely. The pizzas we ordered were the Margarhhita and Portobello ones, both tasted divine with and without the Garlic Aioli and Chili Honey dips. Those two are a must-try! The base of the pizzas were thin and do not become too heavy, the crust remained light and fluffy and overall, the pizzas were thoroughly enjoyable. There is also chili oil available at each table, drizzle some on your pizza slice (which you must cut yourself - love this little touch to the overall experience) which also adds a nice kick to your mouthful! The slices can be enjoyed with your hands or with a knife and fork equally as much too. For dessert, we ordered rudy’s homemade tiramisu and chocolate brownie which came with a scoop of vanilla gelato. The brownie had a good mix of a cakey texture with some crumbly aspects but also retained chunks of a fudgy texture too, paired with the gelato this was incredible! The tiramisu won the show desserts-wise however, the lady fingers sponge parts were fluffy yet still soaked up a good amount of the coffee flavour, and the mascarpone cream complimented all these flavours very well. For drinks, we ordered a coke, diet coke and lemonade. All of the drinks came with ice and a slice of lime which made them nice, refreshing accompaniments to our meal. Thank you rudy’s pizza for this delightful experience, we will be returning here for sure and cannot wait to try out other parts of the menu! What a great national pizza day meal!

I have been twice now, the first time I ordered the DOPPIA MOZZARELLA (Deluxe Margherita with San Marzano tomatoes, double mozzarella, finished with Grana Padano after the cook) and the second the PORTOBELLO (San Marzano tomato, Fior Di Latte, portobello, mushroom, basil, oregano, sea salt, Grana Padano, garlic oil) to which I added halal pepperoni. They have a good range of vegan options and a halal alternative. I personally enjoyed my first pizza more as the additional grana padano really topped it off. I enjoyed the pizza base and sauce and there is chilli oil on the tables. I only really had two issues with this place the first are the chairs are really quite uncomfortable, most of them are just plain wood with no padding. The second was someone in my party ordered CAPRESE FAMIGLIA (Beef vine tomatoes, plum vine tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, bufala mozzarella, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil and our house baked bread) which is a sharing dish, however the ratio of tomatoes to mozzarella were off, it was like 4 tomatoes to the 1 cheese and a few of the beef tomatoes were quite hard. Other than that I would really rate this pizza venu, they have some nice non alcoholic drinks, I would go back again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mamma mia, che serata perfetta! Rudy’s Pizza on Tottenham Court Road brings the heart and soul of Napoli right into the centre of London. I had the Capricciosa — and mamma mia, it was vero gusto italiano! The crust was light and airy, the toppings fresh and perfectly balanced — every bite took me straight to the backstreets of Naples. To accompany it? A glass (okay, maybe two) of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo — smooth, rich, and straight from the motherland. The perfect pairing for a truly authentic pizza experience. And then there’s Federica — what a gem! Her service was warm, attentive, and full of that classic Italian charm. She made the night feel like we were dining with family. A special shoutout for how professionally they handled allergies — molto impressionante! It’s rare to see such genuine care and clarity when it comes to dietary needs. Bravi! London has a lot of pizza, but Rudy’s? È qualcosa di speciale. I’ll be back. Sempre.

Unfortunately we were not made to feel welcome at all by the staff here. We arrived about 8.50, but were greeted with much disdain, and after some grumbles we were shown a table. We sat down but still made to feel like we were getting in the way, an inconvenience to the staff. Eventually we felt so uncomfortable, we decided to leave as it would not be a relaxed meal. We went over the road to busaba, where we had a great meal and our hard earned spend was welcomed. Afterwards I checked and the closing time was 9.30 at Rudy's, so I understand the staff didn't want latecomers. I would recommend to management that staff should explain if you do not wish people to dine here because of proximity to closing time, it would be understood and we would go elsewhere. The other option to treat people as being in the way, making them feel uncomfortable and not worthy of your time is not really necessary, find a kindly way to say 'I'm sorry we are closing soon and cannot accommodate you'. Although I do think a pizza can be made and...
