Sam's Chicken East Ham — Restaurant in London

My whole order is wrong: I’ve tried to call the restaurant several times, I’ve sent several text messages to Uber! unfortunately the service is so poor I only received automated responses. I ordered a variety bucket for the family 6 pieces of chicken, 6 wings, 4 fries and 2 burgers. I’ve received a bag with a box inside which had 3 pieces of chicken 6 wings and 1 fries two burgers, I was missing 3 pieces of chicken and 3 fries. Ive tried to call the restaurant unfortunately it kept saying busy. I only placed a order today as it kept popping up saying free delivery you have a few minutes left!! Which was deceiving after I’ve placed my order the same count down was running so that made me think. On top of it made it worse as there was no human to deal with!!! Honestly this is my last order, I’ve not had this problem ever but this once was a life time lesson! I was ever so frustrated did not know what to do ? Only if I had placed my order on the phone I would not be in this position now. Uber has seriously caused a bad impact. I’ve also signed up as delivery driver but not done a job!! If this is the case i will not be driving with Uber eats to make customers feel emotionally...

very poor customer service ,it is obvious that the staff lack communication skills needed to run a buissness in this country.staff are repeatedly rude to customers by ignoring their requests and messing up orders.whilst this is common amongst fast food delinquents ,what is utterly not acceptable is their lack of adequate compensation and care in tackling inconvenient situations of their own creation.In turn causing customers to pay more money or work harder to receive what they are entitled to have ,simply because of incompetent employees.despite this the food is ok but not the best,however it is definetly not worth the asking price as it is quite expensive.Please do not waste your money or your time here unless the customer service...

I will share details of this establishment which is very worrying. I have ordered from this particular shop for some months, but tonight I may have aswell not existed. I entered the shop just before 11pm to order a chicken rice box, for which I have ordered before many times at similiar times. I felt ignored as many people kept walking up to the counter ands getting their meals before my simple meal. I started showing frustration at the fact they gave the meal I ordered to a guy who came in 15 mins after me, and when i raised my voice the suddenly produced a chicken rice box. A simple meal easily done over the complicated orders of couples and friends who ordered after me and still got their food first. I demanded a refund...
