Restaurant was clean tidy, the appearance is good. No social distancing marking, no hand sanitizer available. Normal restaurant operation.

Ordered the Chicken Fillet Combo with Strips and Chips. Chips decent, had a good crunch. Nothing really amazing. Chicken strips, small, rubbery, good seasoning and herbs, not oily or greasy. Burger feels like the fillet was flattened, herbs seasoning good, just decent. Bread toasted, decent, complimented the mayo and shredded lettuce. Not too sloppy, not oily, chicken not moist, halfway from dry. Decent.

Better than favourite Chicken, not at the same level as with Sam's, prefer this to KFC. Good to see it serves Halal Chicken. Nothing special, not poorly, just decent. Price ok for £5.49 with drink, lots of chips. It's just not the wow factor. Go here again if I was hungry, don't expect headlines or starlight. Just...

Disappointed and won’t be returning. Tried this place recently and honestly, it was a complete letdown. The burger I got was falling apart before I even took a bite – way too much sauce, barely any actual chicken, and what little there was felt dry and overcooked. It looked more like a mess of salad than a proper burger. Also, the chicken wings OMG smelly. I wish I can take a serious action against them in short time span. Disgusting I through them outside

The shop itself didn’t feel clean, which was quite off-putting, and the staff didn’t seem to have much of a sense of urgency – not ideal if you're popping in during a short lunch break. I ended up waiting far too long for something that wasn’t worth it at all.

For the price they charge, you'd expect at least a decent meal and a clean space. Sadly, it didn’t deliver on either. Needs serious...

Rude staff member. Poor customer service by a guy called waheed (short guy with a trimmed beard and mustach) who was arrogant, rude and totally unprofesional. So i was served by a staff member waheed. He wanted to charge me 30p extra for putting my chips in a packaging. Yes 30p for the packaging in which he was putting my chips/fries. And then was arguing and trying to prove his point desperatly when a fellow staff member told him that he cant charge for a box in which he is gonna put the fries. In the end he didnt even bother checking my order and forgot to put my drink. When asked for the drink, he gave a drink that was just a sip more than half full. Bad experience altogether....
