Sendero Specialty Coffee - Battersea Exchange — Restaurant in London

Sendero … where to start. In short over priced low quality coffee, the only thing this has going for it is the location. I don’t usually write negative reviews but felt this was warranted. Been in here twice.. first time paid £11 for a coffee and a sausage roll… but hey that’s London right? The sausage roll was in edible and the coffee was unbearably bitter. I then left it a few weeks until I was passing again gave the place the benefit of the doubt stuck with just a coffee this time after seeing the lovely latte art people were posting in these reviews .. again severely disappointed, ordered a flat white and came out with 98% foam ! Perhaps I just caught them on two bad days.. or perhaps Sendero needs to do better and warrant the prices they...

Best Coffee and most lovely Staff in London, near Battersea Park.

We visited Sandero daily during lockdown, for our little "morning commute" before returning back home to work. Their coffee is top! Lovely snacks and food. They have high chairs, which allow you to chill and watch the passing world go by. No one stresses you out, great music, always a smile on their faces. They have an efficient rewards system and they always prompt you to get your free coffee so you don't feel like you have to ask for it... They are sustainable, are aware of climate change and offer all alternative milk - basically a purpose let sustainable business. Oh and they always do the latte art, even if you takeaway, that's passion.

Must visit when...

I really like the coffee there. And i visited the place with a friend, we sat inside the coffee shop, Saturday around 1:30pm. The music was so loud and i kindly asked them if they can turn the volume down a bit while i ordered my coffee. It was so loud that you need to also speak loud so you can make a conversation. They did...However, someone from the staff put the volume up again 10 minutes later. And we had to leave and sat outside to finish our coffees. So, the staff ruined that lovely coffee shop for me, very disappointed. Hope they can understand its not their home, its a coffee shop where people drop by to meet friends and have a quick coffee break. Sendero is now a no-go coffee...
