I recently visited Shake Shack, and I had an amazing experience, thanks to Alma, the waitress who took care of us. Even though it's a busy burger shop, Alma made us feel like we were her top priority. She was incredibly kind, super helpful, and her warm demeanor made our visit really enjoyable.

From the moment we walked in, Alma greeted us with a big smile and made sure we were comfortable. She took the time to answer all our questions about the menu and even offered some great suggestions. Alma's attention to detail was impressive—she got our order exactly right and made sure everything was perfect.

McDonalds quality at 7x the prices I went to Shake Shack on Argyll Street. Never again!! When ordering on a touch screen they wanted address, phone, number email!!! I only wanted a cheeseburger so skipped the data and paid. A font 2 receipt on the screen confirmed my order with a 6 digit number which I onbiously did not record

Went to the counter and my order was not there. Showed the bank transaction, They called the manager. 10 minutes later I get a cheeseburger the size of McDonalds, just 7x more expensive £8.95 for a patty, cheese and bun...no sauce, nothing!!

Returned to the counter asking why the pictures showed lettuce/tomatoes/sauce/ect...I was told, you asked for a cheeseburger!!! Luckily the manager was smart enough to change it
