I had the worst experience here. My waitress was sweet. She was the best part of my experience. As an Angus steak house one would assume they know what they’re doing when cooking a steak. I ordered my steak medium well and got back a raw bloody steak. When I requested it be fired up a little longer as to get what I had originally requested. My waitress made me cut completely through the steak making it bleed even more and turning my stomach. When it was returned to me it was still medium rare…. I had to send it back again. At this point they should have lit just given me a new steak…… cooked properly. But no. I was given back a very very very dry and over cooked steak. It was grey and hard to chew. Needless to say I wasn’t eating that bad excuse for a steak. At 39£ I wanted perfection…. When the waitress saw I wasn’t eating she approached the manager who then came and asked the problem. He was very kind and offered me a different meal. Chicken, ribs, salad…. I explained that the sight of so much blood and raw meat ruined my appetite and I no longer wanted to eat. He didn’t charge me for the steak that they severely ruined; and that was nice however it doesn’t change the fact that it was a horrible experience. I will not return. P.S…… we ordered calamari rings as an appetizer and those although edible were also far beneath standard. They were more like calamari nuggets. Over cooked and...

I wouldn't recommend this place to eat at all, my was the angus sliced steak with Carolina chunky chips and mushroom sauce.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, still after I order my steak medium rare, I have to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive, the steak was cooked well done, after a couple of minutes the waiter came to ask if everything was ok, I kindly asked her if she could change it as that was not how I ordered it and it wasn't really my preference, she took the meal back but left my chips on the side, I end up almost finishing my side as the chips were getting cold, I have to wait I think another 20 minutes for the dish to reach my table again and this time the steak was raw, taking in consideration the total of the bill because is not a cheap average place I was expecting something more, being honest I never really ate in Steak House before but I would not recommend it at all. My experience was awful, I end up paying almost 24£ for a steak which I had two slices from it, I had to leave the rest as it was impossible to eat, again wasn't cooked at all, it was just raw and disgusting.

Total of the bill came £43.14 for myself only.

With that money I would recommend people just to keep looking around for some other places where you can actually enjoy good food probably paying half of what I paid in...

We attending this restaurant yesterday for the second time this year but were turned away. The manager said that they could not accommodate my son who has a nut allergy. We had eaten in the restaurant before and they were very accommodating hence the reason for our return. However our experience this time was not so pleasant, though the manager apologised stating legislation had changed and it was not possible for them to clean down their kitchen for my son to eat as they were far too busy, we were therefore left with no where to eat after waiting all day for our booking. The manager suggested we go to Piccadilly Circus "Angus Steakhouse" as they could possibly serve us but he wasn't willing to call ahead to check availability (at 7pm on a Friday evening) he said just turn up and see!!!!! Sorry???? I had booked our table two weeks previous to yesterday's booking and no one had the decency to let us know that they wouldn't be able to accommodate a child with an allergy. I feel this needs to be stated on the website, in this day and age with lots of people with different allergies to turn people away with no alternative arrangements in the middle of London is disgusting and not acceptable. We will not be making any further bookings with the company Angus Steakhouse again....

The place was Ok, but not great. The steak was very good, but they Definitely need to improve customer service, waitresses are arrogant or careless, no smile or anything that greets the customer when they arrive to this place or when they take the order or in any moment. The place is very small, so be aware of this, this is very important if you have bags of shopping for instance, the tables are cms. apart, I struggled to get through to the table to sit down and to come out, a guy next to me was trying to get through to the table and I had his bum in my face, nightmare!, The waitress that served me didn't even tell me the steak was on it's own without any side, it's only when I heard a waiter Matt (was the only one doing his job), telling all the instructions to a customer next to me. Toilets had 1 for men and 1 for women I had to queue like 15 mins. to get in, luckily my food wasn't ready yet, otherwise it would've been cold. I won't go to this branch unless is absolutely necessary, I would go to the one in Leicester square.

The staff were nice an the location great. But the food was not worth it not one single bit. I ordered the large fillet an the presentation was terrible very mediocre i am a chef an i thought going somewhere in london would be a treat for me an my misses but i guess your just paying for the location. A chef who respects what he puts out in my opinion wouldn't let that leave. I'd advise they get better way to present the food. The sauce was very thick an did not look appetising at all. And i haven't evan started on my girls food its ashame i don't have a picture of it she didn't take one because I wasn't picture worthy but still hurt my pocket, she ordered sliced steak an it looked terrible was dry just very basic as if your teenager just cooked it for you. Very disappointed. Will never return wouldn't advise going. Oh I saw someone ordered the ribs what looked nice, but it's a steak house so you would presume the steaks would be better. That would be wrong presumption.

Order : T BONE STEAK , SWEET POTATO FRIES AND GRILLED MUSHROOMS, PINT OF STELLA SERVICE : Friendly staff and attentive although it looses authenticity when restaurant is highly populated. FOOD: The fries were not cripsy, withdrawn from oil prematurely and left to rest too long prior to serving. They appear soggy and mushy. Taste was average. Mushrooms were cooked as they should but lacked in taste and identity. Taste was below average. T Bone medium came as medium on one side and rare on the other due to the difficulty in achieving a uniform cooking in cases of different meat composition. Tbone requires a master cook. The taste was average BUT a pepper sauce on the side improved it. PRICE: all the above cost 42 Pounds. Bills do not include service charge. Not the best Angus Steakhouse in the vicinity, I do not advise visiting this restaurant if you are looking for a quality steak experience.
