We went here a couple of times, the first time was a discovery that let us amazed from the menu. Some of the staff is rude, don’t pay attention to the clients, and although I don’t except a 5 star treatment, the minimum of decency to greet you at the entrance and being kind in the hospitality is a must. Not saying that they don’t accept reservations, so we had to walk in with the hope to find a table. The first day I went there, one asiatic lady stopped to take menu away from us in a super rude way, very upset, like we did something wrong… Except the customer service that would need a huge improvement, luckily other member of staff are super nice, it’s kind of being lucky of who you find that day… The food is simply a joy for the mouth! Is definitely worth it to go there for the food. I’ve tried few types of pastas, all of them delicious..: we felt like in heaven. We just would have appreciated some dishes a bit more generous with the portions: some dishes like spaghetti e tagliatelle are richer than ravioli and cacio e Pepe pasta were almost half of the spaghetti. The desserts are fantastic! Special must the tentazione al cioccolato e pistacchio’s dessert! I really hope the chef will introduce the panna cotta maybe different flavours, even in the normal menu and not only on the set menu! Me and all my friends love that!
I want to take a moment to compliment the chef, simply amazing! I’ve tried the burro e salvia chestnut ravioli filled of pumpkin. Omg such simple but sophisticated combination that takes this restaurant to an other level. Considering I have to pay for the service charge the way they treat you Is unbelievable that even at McDonald’s are nicer to you… Where service charge is applied, the manners and cordiality and being nice with guests I think should be the bare minimum. Staff and people already get paid for doing their job, if an extra service charge applies, even the level of customer service should increased. The second time we went, tonight a waiter was amazing with us, super friendly and nice, helpful and kind. He also offered us a slice of cake to let us try his suggestions! And allowed us to stay a little longer after we paid our bills. If service was more polite and the portions just a slightly more generous I would have give 5...

We visited an Italian restaurant in Soho, London, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Right from the start, the service fell short. The manager seated us, and when we inquired about the portion size of the lasagne (in grams or calories), it took three attempts to get an answer—something that should have been handled much more smoothly.
We ordered a lasagne, a pizza, and two glasses of wine. When the wine arrived, the waiter silently placed the glasses on the table and walked away without a word. We would have expected at least the most basic courtesy—something as simple as “Here is your wine” or “Enjoy your drinks.” The lack of acknowledgment or engagement made the service feel impersonal and uninspired.
As for the food, it was highly disappointing. Both the lasagne and pizza tasted bland, more like canteen food than authentic Italian cuisine. For the price charged, this was unacceptable. The worst moment came when I discovered a white hair in my lasagne. I called the manager over, and rather than apologising, he tried to convince me that it was a piece of unmelted cheese. His response lacked sincerity, and while he offered to replace the lasagne, his demeanour made it clear that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority.
London is undoubtedly an expensive city, but it is also home to countless restaurants that offer truly delicious food at reasonable, even affordable prices. Sadly, this restaurant does not belong in that category. Furthermore, it’s baffling how many people leave glowing reviews for places like this, seemingly unaware of what good food truly tastes like—or perhaps unwilling to admit they wasted their money at a subpar establishment. We will not be returning, and we would not recommend this...
Read moreOn the evening of November 11th, it was our first evening out in London and we were looking for a nice Italian to eat in. Looking through the window the place looked very lively. When we got in we got shown to our seat and given our menus. We had to call a waitress over to take our order, whom was very nice, explaining any of the dishes we asked her about. Our starter was the breaded cheese, which was lovely. Once finished, the plates were taken away. For the mains we were waiting an additional 40 minutes. On asking the waitress where our food was, we were told that the pizza I ordered was actually given to the table beside us and would have to wait for another one to be made. The waitress that was suppose to be over our area, came up and said “this is why I hate other waitresses taking my sections”and didn’t come to apologize to either table. When in fact the other waitress was doing her a favor taking our orders in the first place. On getting the pizza, I found it very bland with no real taste. I asked the waitress that was suppose to be serving us if she had garlic mayo, which she replied no. On asking the manager if she had sauce she said they had garlic mayo, which she provided. The manager was very polite. The seafood pasta that my boyfriend got was also very bland having to add pepper and Parmesan to try add some taste to it. Although we were given a 15% discount off the meal at the end, the service charge was 12.5% and we did not feel that this was a fair representative of the service provided to us as we were not asked during the meal if everything was ok after having to wait an extoirinate amount of time for our food. The family beside us was also treated the same way after receiving the wrong pizza. We would not be going back...
