Spaghetti House Italian Restaurant Oxford Street — Restaurant in London

I went to this place twice; I loved it the first time and I was craving it for a couple of days until I went today, never again WORST SERVICE, it was a different waiter and even his manager a blonde lady was rude, she even told us not to come again. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for them to bring us menus and left us sitting in dirty tables, he saw us sit he removed the cigarretes and he left all the dirt until i asked more than two times for someone to clean it and take our order. I swear it was like a whole different restaurant . He ignored us the tthe whole time; two tables came after us in ten minutes , they got their order straight away and they ate their food and finished and OUR ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET!! TWO TABLES!!! After uss!! And whenever i asked him his attitude was so bad! Even his manager and in the end he told me we arent mcdonalds you dont have to come again!! i was utterly shocked and upset from todays service . So so bad. Even though i just ordred appetizers it was so obvious that the delay and the treatment we got was on purpose it was really bad.!! I told him in the end i was so excited to come here your partner was amazing to us last time and now you made me hate this restaurant instead of being welcoming like him, and he replied haha we arent macdonalds we dont need you dont come again and his manager i think had the same reply too ; she came whilst i was paying and talking to him and told me itsnokay dontncome again. So sad. I guess the muslim population is not welcome! Anyway never again ! PLENTY OF BETTER ITALIAN...

Went for Sunday lunch after my sisters 30th birthday shopping, so you could say it was a day of celebration. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, we asked for a table for 3 plus a pram and even that looked too much of an ask and a lot of effort (the restaurant was almost empty) so it wasn't inconvenient but it felt it. Got on the train and my sister felt immediately unwell, got home and she was violently sick, we ate different things so i was fine luckily, avoid the mozzarella as it was clearly out of date. She called to tell the restaurant about it and was greeted by the abrupt and rude manager/owner shouting down the phone she wont do anything without a hospital note. We all know you don't go to hospital for sickness, and it is the only thing we ate all day and felt unwell immediately after so am confident in saying it was the food, after reading other reviews sounds like we weren't the only ones. They have the cheek to add an £8 service charge for what exactly? Earn your service charge and people will leave it off their own back. Will never return due to the response we got on the phone, rest of food was average but cooked at least, disgusting attitude from the woman in charge and quite frankly your in the wrong industry if you cant even talk to people politely or get food that wont make you...

Tonight’s dinner at Spaghetti House on Oxford Street was nothing short of absolutely awesome. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a lively yet relaxed vibe that made us feel right at home.

Roberto was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, but his recommendations were spot-on. You could tell he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about each guest’s experience.

The food? Delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor – from the perfectly cooked pasta to the rich, authentic sauces. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and the ingredients tasted fresh and high-quality.
