If you don't say single, we will charge you double? What? Have you asked 😏😒? After my first review ( I added the next part as a favour), a guy came and asked, "Are you Neung Sam"? Instead of asking what was happening and if he could help, he asked why I left only 1 star review? ( firstly, it is up to me, isn't it? or no?). I tried to explain, but he did not let me finish. My friend then jumped in and tried to explain that she paid 20 pounds while I paid 32 pounds for the same order. He did not listen to her as well but said, "Don't come back here again." I have been here a couple times now and each time I bring more and more friends because I'm so proud to introduce the place. Some of the best cocktails I've ever had, great banter, great prices especially the 241 happy hour, great atmosphere and lots of space inside and out. If you're outside there's heaters and very very comfortable seats. They turned the music on outside especially for us and when the DJ came on absolutely banging. Fabio had remembered us since the few months before when we were in and made us feel like V.I.P. 's. One of the staff, who seems to be the manager, is very rude! He was always very rude when I was at the bar but last weekend was too much - I went there for Halloween and he took a photo of me without asking for my consent. I asked him multiple times to see the photo, at least, and what would he use it for and he kept walking away from the conversation. 2 days after, he posted on Instagram the photo he has taken of me, again without my consent and is refusing to take it down with a ridiculous argument that they are entitled to use CCTV.
