Terrible customer service!!! I always buy my drinks from the app but last time as soon as I sat down the guy asked me to order or leave and I explained I order online, he said ok!!! After 2 mins scrolling on the App to order the lady came and said the same thing! showed her I'm ordering and she made a excuse that they always ask everyone to write their name down on the paper for Covid tracking while they never do that as my family ordered on the counter many times and they never asked for that. Please understand Not everyone trying to sit there without buying a drink! I've spent at least £10 every time I've got there and every time they doing this to me and I hate it! Also I'm allergic to caffeine and have coffee intolerance. I always order the decaf latte but once last week they gave me normal coffee which I noticed after few hours when I was at work. I felt so sick with high palpitation, high blood pressure, dizziness, headache and weakness! I never reported that but enough is enough! you gonna lose your customers if you keep doing this!
Change your Attitude towards customers and pay attention to their orders as you can simply kill people by making wrong...
Read moreGot a very unpleasant experience this morning. Ordered a Double shot iced coffee with vanilla. After the long queue and it has come to my attention the way my order being made. Normally when they make this sort of coffee with this following order:ice,espresso,vanilla,cream and milk with a touch of shaking so everything can blend together. But no, the lady who made my coffee just pour everything in a cup with tons of vanilla and didn't shake the coffee at all. I had watched the whole process and eventually came up with a question about the way it being made. The answer she gave me is that they do not have any SHAKER???? I knew it wasn't the adequate answer because it is such a big place. Then she asked her colleage with a loud voice to remake the coffee. I coudn't wait for that long due to my work hours so I had to unhappily take the order. One more little detail. I have never seen this lady behind the bar, always cleaning around. Had no idea whether they short-staff or not but I supposed she is defenitely not a qualified barista. Read moreAwful experience first time of going there because of the uninterested attitude of the staff but even so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went there for a second time just to experience even worst customer service. The staff was completely disorganised, walking back and forth at one stage, like lost children consequently two different queues formed. The cashier couldn't scan the loyalty card. saying: "I can't do that because it's not working" and later on to a different customer "I just don't know". Their Internet wasn't working so it was probably related but clearly she wasn't aware either. There was no sign from the barista that she needed to prepare my drink instead served four other people who arrived after me. By then my patience was exhausted and I asked for a refund (after another queue of course). I was late for work as the drink was meant to be a takeaway. Full of students with a lot of time in their hands (enough for one to stay 5 minutes debating about points with the cashier after she had already claimed ignorance).
