Absolutely disgraceful behaviour by staff. We booked ahead for a coffee morning (group of seven). When we arrived we were first told we were lying and did not book, when the staff member we booked with confirmed we did book with him but he in fact made a mistake by not writing it in their diary. The receptionist proceeded to shout from the balcony "no, no they can't just walk in, they can't sit down" . She made us feel extremely unwelcome and was very unprofessional, despite the male worker admiting it was his mistake she kept shouting, marching up and down and blaming us. If mothers are not welcome there then you should put a sign up so we know not to come in. We have never been treated with such disgust before and we have coffee mornings frequently in the local area. Safe to say we will never return there again. Its a shame as although it was the staffs fault it could have been easily rectified by an apology and an attempt to accommodate us instead we were met with accusations of lying, denial and contempt. No way to...

The latte art was beautiful, and the matcha flavor was rich and satisfying. Overall, it was a...

Just to clarify, it was not more coffee shots, I had specified...
