My girlfriend and I love sushi and we try to taste as many different places in order to find the gems. We love Chisou and Sticks n Sushi to eat in but are on the lookout for a reasonably priced take out.

We just finished our order at Sushi Hands Friends and have the following deductions.

Odd name, banging food

Taste: 4/5

Freshness: 4/5

Stinginess: 4.5/5 (not stingy)

Summary: The best of the rest. At a lower price point to Sticks n Sushi, this wonderful surprise brought tasty, fresh fish and put itself as our new number 1 go-to when staying in. Great portions, fantastic taste, plenty of condiments and appropriately priced. Fair kop.

Horrible Manager, Late Food, Missing all sides and sauces.

Delivery quoted for 25-40 minutes but took an hour and ten minutes to arrive.

All sauces and sides were missing from our order including Katsu sauce, gyoza dipping sauce, ginger, soy. No chopsticks or napkins included. It was obvious that they forgot to send a second bag with the driver.

Manager was HORRIBLE - called when our food was delivered at 7:30pm and was told to wait for a manger to call us back; sauces and sides could not be delivered to us. We finally got her on the phone at 10:30pm (after calling back 3 times) and she told us to RETURN THE FOOD if we wanted a refund or she could give us £2 for the missing sauce.
