From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly baked goods that instantly made me feel at home.

Let's talk about their croissants. They are, without a doubt, the best I've ever had! Flaky, buttery, and perfectly golden, each bite melts in your mouth, leaving you craving more. The texture and flavor are a testament to the skill and passion that goes into every pastry.

Now, don't get me started on the sponge cakes especially the lemon variant. It’s a moist, fluffy masterpiece that strikes the perfect balance between sweetness and tartness. Each slice feels like a celebration, crafted with love that shines through in every bite.

The atmosphere of the bakery is just as delightful as the treats. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making every visit feel special. I’ve gone in the early morning, enjoyed a delightful midday treat, and even stopped by in the evening, and each time has been nothing short of fantastic.

We had breakfast at Granier Bakery Cafe London for ten consecutive days, and it gave us the chance to discover just how amazing and authentic their croissants, apple pie, sandwiches, and focaccias are. We were staying at Princes Square and had initially selected four different places to have breakfast, but after trying Granier once, we never looked back. Every morning, we would arrive there: I would place the orders while my wife looked for a table – often a challenge, given how crowded it always was due to the excellent quality. They served the croissants and other treats in lovely baskets, which our son brought to the table, while I, after paying, queued up to get the drinks – prepared with remarkable skill, speed, and flawless coordination. Almost every day, sitting at the outside tables of the bakery, we would come across an extraordinary character who wore a different-colored outfit each time – always elegant and eye-catching. I’m really upset about my recent experience at your establishment. After waiting in line, I was ignored and looked past by the staff. When I finally said hello, the rude guy responded with, “ what do you want?” and just walked away. Then, a young lady approached me and asked for my order, but before I could finish, she shoved the payment screen in my face. I wasn’t even done ordering! After I paid, she offered no directions on how to pick up my drink. The rude guy then handed me a plate and told me to “make do.”

What was even more infuriating was that I noticed the blatant difference in how customers were treated. I saw a Black woman in line being treated with the same disregard I faced, while a white patron received much better service.
