Hyde Park Serviced Apartments — Hotel in London

Unbearable stay: in the first room they gave us, the air conditioning did not worked at all and neither did the hot water in the shower. By the time going to bed, several bugs appeared on the pillow and the sheets, that alarmed us when we noticed them on the face. Consequently, we had to request another bedroom at 1 a.m. In the following days, we had to move to a new bedroom everyday. In one of them we found a cockroach; in another one, a plank of the bed base was broken. The bedrooms were located at floors where the access was only possible through steep and increasingly narrow stairs because there was no lift. In general, lack of cleaning, scarcity of kitchenware, dirty walls, and dirty and dilapidated furniture. Pictures can not be trusted. Do not be fooled!

Estancia terrorífica: en la primera habitación que nos dieron no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni el agua caliente de la ducha, y al acostarnos aparecieron bichos en la almohada y en las sábanas que nos sobresaltaron al notarlos por la cara. En consecuencia, tuvimos que solicitar otra habitación a la una de la mañana. En los días sucesivos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación cada día. En una de ellas nos encontramos una cucaracha en el suelo; en otra, una cama supletoria con las tablas rotas. Las habitaciones estaban en pisos a los que solo se podía llegar por escaleras muy empinadas y cada vez más estrechas porque no había ascensor. The worst experience ever.

First of all, the accommodation and the reception are not in the same building and there is no directions for the reception. I had to grab someone entering the building for the direction. The reception is a few blocks away and the neighborhood is not safe as I was robbed on the way to reception. Check-in process was quick but the room was not what I booked for. I booked for a double studio with a built in kitchen but what I got was a tiny room with no space to move around plus a pathetic wooden partitioned bathroom. I called Agoda and the hotel but they both did not want to explain what exactly happened nor take any responsibilities. Not only that but on the second day I came back to the room in the afternoon and noticed that the door to my room was not properly closed and locked. This place is the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. The people who work there are so rude and cold. The room was filthy. The staff with the exception of one lovely young man was horrible. After we stayed here, we contacted the management who threatened us about leaving a negative rating. First, have an english speaking person on the intercom. (they make you stand outside talking to an intercom with someone who is not english first language. Second, clean the GD rooms. The filth was horrific. Third, make sure your amenities are working ie TV, hairdryer, hot water. My husband is an engineer and he was able to put the TV together. They have it mounted on the wall but unplugged ( try plugging in a tv thats not electrically connected inside the wall). The linens were beyond dirty. There was all kinds of hair (not our color) and unknown stains all over the sheets and pillows. And lastly, when customers contact you about the deplorable condition of your hotel, try not to threaten them from leaving a valid...
