Ahhhhh at last! A decent Mac and cheese has finally been found. I've always been a Mac and cheese sceptic - it's one of my favourite dishes but I've consistently been let down every time I've ordered it in the past. All too often the sauce is pretty much a bland white sauce that if contains any cheese, is of the extremely mild variety. Flavourless goop that someone shoves breadcrumbs or cheese over and thinks it will pass. It will not. Therefore I was wary of giving The Mac Factory a go.

I needn't have worried. The sauce was delicious thick yet creamy, possibly containing a mozzarella style cheese as the sauce had similar pull to it and really clung to the pasta. You definitely get a potent kick of flavour and most importantly 'cheese' in the sauce.

Personally I don't think you can have an ultimate Mac and cheese without a baked top, however you can get a variety of "types" here. It's really just some toppings loaded onto the same batch of pasta so some invention in that area would be nice across the menu. As it was I went with the Super Mario and the mushrooms and truffle were a nice addition, even if it would have been nice to have that flavour running through the whole dish.

Note to other restaurants - this is the baseline for how Mac and...

It was a sunny friday evening when I visited this place. There was a young gentleman who was taking the orders. They have a variety of options and it is customizable according to your wants. I'm a non earning student and I tried asking for some concession. The man was so kind, gentle and warm and waived off 2£ from the original price. I was really happy and I really appreciate his actions. Literally no shop in the whole of Camden budged when I asked for some concession, even though they don't trend on social media. The Mac factory being one of the viral trends on the internet didn't disappoint me with any denial. Coming to their dish, I got their classic Mac and cheese with a topping of spicy jerk chicken and undoubtedly it was a whole bundle of cheesy goodness. Rich, dense cheese with a kick of spice from that jerk chicken was worth every pence. It was a good portion and is definitely a must visit shop if you are on a food haul at...

This place is a MUST TRY..AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Was so pleased with the menu options, but ultimately decided to go with the Posh Spice which I've heard a ton of good things about.

The Posh Spice is made with their signature mac and cheese sauce topped with chorizo, caramelized onions, and harissa. Watching him make this meal was such a great experience. I mean, the amount of cheeses he put into a bowl and then on top of the macaroni was unbelievable. I absolutely knew I was in for a treat.

The mac and cheese was so gooey and the mixture of toppings was so delicious. For less than 9 pounds, it was absolutely worth the price. The portion may look small but it's packing and will leave you feeling more than satisfied.

Will definitely be trying this again. Next time I'll try one of their other...
