The Station Gourmet Burgers — Restaurant in London

words cannot describe what I want to say about this place. Firstly, the atmosphere is fantabulous. you couldn't ask for anything better. And then the food. I tried the double wammy and it was literally the best burger I think I've ever had. People talk about five guys and GBK but don't mention the BEST burger shop in London THE STATION!!!!! the burger was amazing but that wasn't even the best part. The Biscoff milkshake is the MVP, I don't think ive ever tasted another milkshake this good before. I haven't eaten anything since I had the milkshake at lunch today because I don't want the taste of it to leave my mouth. If you are ever on the northern line going through Tooting Bec you need to get off the train, go to THE STATION, fill yourself up with the most delicious food south London has to offer then continue with your day. This review is a bit of a ramble but I said at the start I cannot describe this place its soooooo good. I'm asking you, no telling you... if you are ever passing within a 3 mile radius of this place you need to stop what you are doing, change your plans and get some food (AND A MILKSHAKE) from THE STATION. just look at everyone else's reviews. there's a reason everyone...

After coming highly recommended from a few friends and following their page on Instagram for months, finally got round to going to The Station in Tooting

Was definitely not disappointed, the owners were super friendly and extremely passionate about their food and very welcoming. The shop itself albeit small, has enough space for approximately 16 and the decor was kind of cool

We went for a Chili Cheese Dog (Hot Dog) which was insanely good compared to most other Hot Dogs i've had, the Sausage itself was of good quality and cooked well

We also tried their Stacker Beef Burger. Again this was really nice, the beef itself was 6oz just how I like it and of good quality, handmade on site, nice taste to it and cooked properly and it all came together really well with their sauces

Also tried their Cheesy Chicken Loaded Fries. The Chicken itself was quite simple in flavour but nice, fries were cooked well and I think they mixed the chicken with cheddar on the flat pan. The only thing I didn't like was the Gooey Cheese on top but then again I can't stand the stuff however others who do would love it

All in all its well worth the trek from Slough and I would 100% go back again and recommend it...

The best gourmet burger place is Tooting by a mile, having consistently going to all of meat and shake, habaneros and the station I can say this is the go to burger place. The food has been consistent every single time and has never disappointed. My favourite burgers which available in beef or chicken are the classic, stacker, ringer and the cheese-o. Another must try is the pully wooly (bbq pulled beef burger only available in beef) both beef and chicken burgers are top tier. This is the only restaurant where the chicken burger is just as if not even better than the beef burger, a must try. the cajun fries are hands the best peri fries in tooting and better than all the other fries on the money, if you don't like spice the regular or rosemary fries are fine. The wraps and hot dogs are equally worth trying as well you will not be disappointed, the sucuk sausage used for hot dogs are the highest quality you can get for a hot dog. The difference is the bun used for the burgers and hot dogs compliment everything perfectly and holds everything together. Overall if you're visiting Tooting or living in the area this is a must try and will make you reconsider your favourite...
