After calling multiple times and being lied to each time, I got my pizza about 4-5 hours after ordering (its about a 10 minute drive from my work) By this point I had already called head office and got the order refunded. They seemed as confused as I was and said it was strange no one had delivered the pizza yet, I agreed with their sentiment, but this was doing nothing to satiate the desire for pizza.
I informed the delivery driver of this as he handed me the pizza, at which point he shouted angrily at me in a language i didn't understand and took the pizza back, clearly I was in the wrong here so I actually ended up apologising to him in a bizarre turn of events.

I called several times for the delay and they claimed that the driver had left, on the second call they claimed there were weather conditions but would be there shortly, after another 15 minutes of waiting i called again concerned it would be cold.
