Tossed Grays Inn Road — Restaurant in London

I am a massive fan of the Tossed brand and visit regularly, which is why I feel this needs to be said. Walking through London needing to find a place for dinner, me and my wife decided to go for old reliable Tossed. However, it was anything but an enjoyable experience as we were met with slow service, and it lacked the high standards of cleanliness in the other branches we had visited. My wife also had her order completely butchered, as when requesting that her soy and sesame wrap come without the avocado and rainbow slaw, we were shocked to see both included and one of the servers was very hesitant to go back and get a new one to replace it. Furthermore, despite me paying the extra £2.39 for double Shawarma Chicken, I was shocked to see in my wrap the same amount of chicken as my wife who didn't request or pay for double. While the food was good when the corrections were made the whole experience made me very disappointed, which I expressed to the manager who didn't show an ounce of remorse and gave the most monotone apology imaginable. This whole experience has made me distrust a brand I have come to know for reliability for years....
