I have come here a few times for lunch as I work next door. Every time I ask to use the toilet, the staff tells me it is out of order. I’ve been given the same excuse almost ten times over the past two months. Today, I asked again and said, “Why do you keep saying your toilet is out of order for two months?” The staff member replied, “We just don’t want people to use the toilet.” Very rude and inappropriate behaviour.
Aside from this, every time I place an order, I have to wait more than 15 minutes, and the sandwich is always cold.
On two occasions, when I took the sandwich back to the office, I realised it was the wrong one—even though it had my name on it. I told the staff and showed them the transaction and they just said sorry without giving me any refund.
Very poor customer service, cold food, and unreasonably long waiting times.

Read moreI usually really enjoy heading to a Joe & The Juice. However this branch leaves a lot to be desired. 12pm on a Monday. Deserted with just 4 customers and 6 staff. I ordered a latte and a spicy tuna sandwich for £12.50!! I waited and I waited and eventually walked back up to ask where my food and coffee was. The coffee has just been sat there on the counter with the server shouting somebody else’s name. When I asked for my sandwich she looked gone out. Looked at a screen and then turned to her colleagues and asked for a rush job tuna sandwich. It duly arrived rushed. I think it may have seen the griddle as it was loaded into the wrapper. The casing was warming and the contents fridge cold. The seating area is worn, empty cups and plates left on the tables. Nothing cleaned up. Just shabby. Disorganized and typical of the low standards we now have to expect here in the uk. Go to Pret instead at least they care about...
Read moreI usually always go to Joe and the juice in Garrick street, Covent Garden or Dean street. The staff are always nice and friendly even if they’re slow so I don’t mind waiting too much. The staff in Holborn didn’t even bother to acknowledge me. They were rude and weren’t even saying the orders loud enough so that people could hear over the music. They acted so frustrated everytime someone walked through the door. I don’t know what was in my drink but it was not sweet at all. I get the same juice on my way to work 5 days a week so how can it taste so different. I ordered the pick me up and there was no fruity taste at all. Not to mention I found bits as I was drinking. I like to get a juice everyday as a nice treat and justify the price of it as it’s so tasty. I couldn’t even drink half of this. No good customer service to make up...
