Tossed Sheldon Square (Paddington) — Restaurant in London

There is a lot to love from Tossed but at the same time some areas for improvement. The level of customization is the biggest asset of Tossed. You can get hot plates, waps, smoothies and salads. For salads you get to choose the base & protein, the veggies, the dressing, the seasoning and premiums (at an additional price). There is enough choice to make carnivores, vegetarians and carnivores happy. The online ordering is fast and simple.

The areas for improvement include the pricing and the customer service. Tossed is on the pricey side with the average dish between £6 and £9 with relatively small serving sizes. The service at Sheldon Square is efficient but aloof. With this location being mostly office pick-up and deliveries, the staff does not cater to actual in...

The quality of food from this branch has taken a nose dive in the last 6 months since i re-started ordering salads. Every time I order a salad, there's a lot of transparent (I.e. old) lettuce mixed in. I can't tell about the other ingredients as with the lettuce it's visually obvious.

Today I bought a salad and it's given me diarrhoea. This is unacceptable. Will never use this branch again (and I'm not near any other branch so this might be it as far as Tossed and my business is concerned).

I would also advise anyone reading this review to check all the recent reviews below. 5 star reviewers have only ever given 1 review, and that's for Tossed. Most who have reviewed multiple businesses on Google have given Tossed an average or poor review.

I ordered from this place on deliveroo. I was eating my salad when I bit into smth hard which really hurt my tooth and also hurt the inside walls of my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a 6cm pointy splinter or piece of wood. I was so shocked of how big and dangerous it was. It i had not bit into it I would be chocking to death as we speak and trying to call emergency ambulance instead of writing this review! I expect a full refund of my order and more. This is unacceptable and I could have literally checked to death. I have left a complaint on deliveroo website and expect an response ASAP. I have taken a picture of the splinter but I can't upload...
