We travelled a long way just to try the mozzarella sausage, which we had been looking forward to. Unfortunately, they got our order completely wrong. When we went back to explain the mistake and ask for the correct item we had originally ordered, they rudely refused to fix it and insisted it was our fault – even though it clearly wasn’t.

To make things worse, they quickly pulled up the CCTV footage right in front of other customers, trying to embarrass us and make us feel ashamed, as if we were lying – when in reality, you can’t hear a single thing in the video because of the loud street noise. It felt like they were using it just to humiliate us publicly instead of actually solving the problem.

They also started speaking in their own language right in front of us, making unpleasant and clearly negative comments – something we found incredibly disrespectful. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they treated us with a shocking level of rudeness, raising their voices at us in the middle of the street in front of everyone.

We paid £11 for a simple battered sausage and left feeling upset, disrespected, and honestly humiliated. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. It was my first time trying Korean corn dog and I decided to give this place a go. Certainly do not regret doing so. They absolutely nailed it and made my first experience special and a good one. I opted for their half mozzarella, half sausage stick inside a classic Korean corn dog with ketchup, mustard and garlic mayo sauce toppings. I was initially worried about my sauce choices but ohh boy !!! Was I so wrong for doing that. It was a banger. Well cooked, hot and heavenly cheesy from the inside. Every bite is a cheese pull. It was quite heavy and is a good portion. I waited for about 6-8 mins which made sense. Absolutely got no complaints. The staff were warm and patient. The prices could be a pound lesser but considering this whole market is one big tourist trap, it is reasonable, until they don't increase it and make it more than a tenner. That would be utter rubbish. The corn dog cost me 9.50 and it is standard throughout all options except for the vegan one. If it is your first time at this place, go ahead and buy one. Worth the try. I'll definitely buy it again once I start earning :)...

Wish I could give it less stars honestly. We queued up for just over 20 minutes, all the while people queued behind us and in front of us and we’d even smiled and had a laugh with one of the guys behind the counter: Got to the front of the queue, the woman said “Are you waiting to order?”, my boyfriend started to give the order when the woman suddenly said “No, we’ve run out of everything” …to which we said “you’ve seen us, and the people behind us, waiting and you’ve chosen now to say you have nothing left?” To which she kept saying “no no no, there’s no queue”… I turned around and told the rest of the queue who were also fuming, we started to walk off, and then I heard the woman point out to someone at the right of the queue that she’d make them a k-dog if they wanted. What the hell? Thought there was nothing left!
