Their oreo milkshake was nice but that's about it as for good things I have to say, and even then they're straws are too thin and they don't blend it enough so you spend every two sips blowing down it to unclog the straw. Waffle tasted bland and felt like it had been stale for a while and the staff just seem incompetent.

One of the card machines wasn't working so he lead me over to the other one which apparently freezes when you try to use contactless to which he then said to me "It's not contactless" as if I was stupid and should've know that the machine with "Contactless" written all over it was broken (try keeping your machines working, it really isn't all that difficult). All the while another member gave away the milkshake that was made for me and so I had to wait even longer while they made another standing there watching him try to pass off his stupidity as if I didn't notice. Oh and no apology for the wait. Nice

I have ordered a deluxe box with two toppings, however as advertised we were meant to get some cream but it wasn't included in the order. Plus the 2 toppings which were white and milk chocolate were not enough at all for the 4 waffles that we ordered. It's awful that we've paid this amount of money for 4 plain waffles and literally 2 drops of chocolate and no cream at all. Also the waffles were not fresh and very hard when they got to us as they were cold already. On top of that we've waited almost an hour because every time a driver would arrive to the shop the order wasn't ready. We've tried calling, but no answer from the shop at all. Not to mention that the 2 waffles at the bottom were burned. Clearly the ones at the top were put there on purpose to make it seem “presentable”... This is unacceptable and I've put a complaint through and I hope something will be done. This is playing with people's money, and false...

Wouldve given zero stars if possible. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. So my brother made an order and got it which was fine. Then a few mins later they called out the same order again but no one responded, so for some reason they made another of the same. Anyway some time later I decided to get the same thing for myself so I queued up and ordered, and they decided to give me the one they called out for a while back, which was already half melted by this time. I told them I want a new one because I'm making my order now but for some reason kept saying I made an order before and left and come back? Why would I have paid money and walked off? So anyway they were adamant they didn't want to give me a fresh one, being a customer and paying money! On top of that the staff were so rude and giving attitude about it all, so I told them to forget the whole thing. Horrible place and will never come...
